Leider enttäuschend.
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt, wenn man Edinburgh und Umgebung erkunden möchte. Der Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür ausreichend Plätze sind vorhanden. Es gibt einige Möglichkeiten zur Unterhaltung und Restaurants.

Cons:

Es war unser 2.Aufenthalt und kein Vergleich zum 1.mal,sonst hätten wir dieses Hotel nicht nochmal gebucht. Wir haben 3 Zimmer gebucht und nur in einem wurde wirklich geputzt und Handtücher und Toilettenpapier nachgelegt,trotz Bitte das geputzt werden soll,kam niemand auf die Idee mal vorbeizuschauen. In einem Zimmer ging die Fernbedienung vom TV nicht . Das Personal war überwiegend sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit unser Anliegen sofort zu beheben. Es gab aber ein bis zwei sehr unaufmerksame und ignorante Damen beim Frühstück, entweder wurde ewig keine Bestellung aufgenommen oder es wurde selten sofort das Büffet nachgefüllt. Das Geschirr war wenn vorhanden sehr dreckig und das ist nicht nur uns aufgefallen. Die Tische wurden nicht sofort aufgeräumt, obwohl die Gästeanzahl überschaubar war,ich habe mich gefragt was so stressig die ganze Zeit war um so unaufmerksam zu sein.Wir werden dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen, da es eine herbe Enttäuschung war, da konnte auch nicht der sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter darüber hinweghelfen.

El personal muy amable, las instalaciones bien muy limpio todo y la habitación familiar perfecta para un matrimonio con un niño. El desayuno incluido y muy variado. La ubicación a las afueras de Edimburgo perfecto para empezar ruta hacia las highlands

Pros:

Wir waren für 2 Nächte hier, um Edinburgh zu erkunden. Dafür war es perfekt. Liegt ruhig. Wir sind ca. 6min zur Queen Margret Station gefahren und dann mit dem Zug ca.25min nach Edinburgh.
Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Pros:

The pub had yummy food, staff was mostly friendly and ready to help when needed. There's a bus stop close by. Plenty of other restaurants as well.

Cons:

The room needed repairs. There was a hole in the wall. Most of the outlets didn't work. Our key card needed to be re-coded many times. Continental breakfast was not included. Though some staff members seemed to let it slide. House keeping didn't make the room every day. We tried to get them to change our bedding twice before they finally did.
