Would recommend it
Pros:

Very good location for public transport and sights. The bed was comfortable. The room had everything we needed for a medium length stay, all cleaning equipment and products were provided. There was a lot of attention for details. Staff was friendly and helpful

Cons:

The lounge area felt a little unwelcoming and ‘cold’ without carpet.

駅に近いのに静かで、部屋も充分な広さ。
給湯の温度、量も良く、バスタブに浸かれて良かった。

Cons:

お掃除が1週間の滞在で1回しかはいらないとの事なので、私達は5泊だったので、部屋には埃がたまり、トイレやバスタブも自分で掃除しなければならなかった。　リクエストすればタオルの交換、トイレットペーパーの補充やゴミは捨ててくれる。

Excellent location and staff but they need a professional maintenance schedule put in place.
Pros:

Excellent location and few steps from Earls Court underground station, bars and restaurants. Good facilities and a full mini kitchen. Nespresso machine was a bonus. Good hot shower and comfortable bed.

Cons:

Air conditioning wasn’t operational. Room was over hot and uncomfortable as a result. Severe signs of leaks from the bath/shower with visible mould in the bedroom and also in the wardrobe from next room. Fan in en suite wasn’t operational also.

Good place to use as a base while in London
Pros:

Fabulous location close to Earls Court underground. Bed was comfy pillows not so much. Good to be able to wash clothes! Staff were lovely.

Cons:

No clean towels in 5 days with heating rails not working.

Freundliche Menschen an der Rezeption. Nahe bei U-Bahnstation, gute Anbindung an Stadtzentrum.

Cons:

Das Bezahlen einer Kaution von £ 100 bei Ankunft wirkt irritierend, als Gast gerät man unter Verdacht, sich nicht angemessen zu verhalten. Die Kaution sollte weggelassen werden.
