Cons:

It was early April, and we were actually freezing at night. Let me explain: it's a pretty old building, probably a historical one or something, so you can't just change the windows whenever you want. It was super windy, so at night, it felt like the window was wide open—cold wind just streamed into the room. In the living room, the windows were much better; no complaints about that, only the bedroom.

Todo correcto, el sofa cama a mejorar
Pros:

En general todo correcto, el personal muy amable en todo momento. El equipamiento completo. Muy próximo al metro. Zona residencial muy tranquila. En la zona hay gran variedad de cafeterías, pubs y supermercado.

Cons:

La limpieza correcta pero mejorable.
El calienta toallas no funcionaba.
Había un pequeño zumbido (muy agudo) que se hacía muy molesto cuando estabas en la cama.
El colchón del sofá cama era malísimo, superfino y de muelles, no se lo ofrecería ni a mi peor enemigo. Tras la primera noche, mi hija no pudo dormir nada, lo comenté en recepción incluso contemplé la posibilidad de montar una cama supletoria (abonando la diferencia), pero en teoría lo solventaron (eso me dijeron). La sorpresa fue cuando llegamos por la noche y observamos que lo único que habían hecho era colocar un fino edredón bajo el colchón. Al final tuvimos que echar el colchón al suelo y ponerle encima los cojines del sofá para que mi hija durmiera como en un camping.

Very nice apartment, quiet location but 2 minutes from underground.
Pros:

Stayed for 2 weeks. Comfortable and well equipped. Quiet street but only 2 minutes to Earls Court Station. Very helpful staff. Would stay again and happy to recommend.

Cons:

Nothing major. You may need someone to explain the complicated light switches!

Pros:

The staff were wonderful and very helpful. The studio was bright & airy with lots of space & felt very secure. The location is fantastic - easy connections to everything.

Cons:

The bed could’ve been a bit bigger - definitely not a king or queen size.

Pros:

Earl’s Court is our preferred neighbourhood when visiting London . We chose Templeton Place for its unbeatable location and because it is equipped with a lift and laundry facilities. The kitchen is well set up to cater for 4. The building is quiet, well maintained and well managed. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. We appreciated the welcome bag of treats, the whimsical poetry on each of the 5 floors, fluffy towels, a nice high toilet seat, and the book exchange shelf on the 3rd floor during our stay of 8 nights.

Cons:

A bit on the small side for longer stays. Sofa is serviceable rather than comfortable.

Pros:

Il nostro soggiorno è stato meraviglioso, la zona centralissima con la linea earls court a due passi e davvero tranquilla e residenziale. Zero traffico e zero rumori. La struttura è molto grande, le camere sono un po' piccole ma a Londra un po' ovunque è così. L'appartamento aveva tutto in dotazione: forno, bollitore, lavatrice, lavello, piano cottura, utensili. Il bagno non presentava bidet e per noi italiani è un po' scomodo ma si sa che all'estero è così. Vorrei menzionare in particolare Amin, receptionist eccellente, gentilissimo, preparato, disponibile e chiaro in tutte le info. Era sempre pronto ad accoglierci ed aiutarci 24/24, anche quando io e mio marito ci siamo persi per la città a causa della metro. Il soggiorno è stato fantastico anche grazie a lui. Grazie Amin!!
