Abbiamo ripiegato casualmente su questa struttura dopo essere stati avvisati ha un host di non presentarci alla casa prenotata. Ma il personale è stato di grande disponibilità e aiuto, il monolocale spazioso e dotato di tutto il necessario, tutto molto accogliente e funzionale.
Non c’è nulla che non mi sia piaciuto della struttura, la consiglio con entusiasmo.

Housekeeping nur auf Anfrage, Sauberkeit in der Küche hätte besser sein können, Kaffeemaschine und Wasserhahn waren undicht.
Location is perfect. Earl's court station is five mins away and there are several restaurants and grocery shops within a short walking distance. The room/apartment was spacious. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.
No dishwasher where there was supposed to be one. They should be providing a liquid hand wash instead of a bar soap. Towel/linen changes are once a week along with overall cleaning of the room.

The room was clean but we stayed for a week and had to pay extra for cleaning the room 30 pounds.
The TV didnt work and it took 3 days to fix chrome cast.
The elevator didn't work for a few days.
The washing machine didn't dry the clothes.
Very violent art in the entrance (a statue of a man pointing a gun at the people coming in, and a picture of 2 bleeding cows ).
We stayed here for 9 nights. We had a roomy, clean, well-lit studio apartment with very good kitchen facilities and a washing machine. The bed was comfortable (the pillows are a bit hard, but I'm picky) and it was lovely to have a sofa, TV, table, and chairs that were separated from the sleeping area by a frosted glass wall. Also, it was great having reading lights. We made a number of dinner/supper meals in the room with fresh ingredients from the local stores.
The location of the hotel is perfect. It is situated on a quiet street that runs parallel to Earl's Court Road. The Earl's Court Station is a 3-4 minute walk away; both the Picadilly Line and the District Line run through this station. I was glad not to be in the hubbub of Soho, Leicester Square, etc. We could get to most major attractions within 20-30 minutes with public transportation (the only way to travel in London, to my mind). There was a lot to see within a 20-30 minute walking distance as well (The Victoria and Albert Museum, The Science Museum, The Royal Albert Hall).
It's a little pricey with the dollar flagging as it is (whose fault is that?), but by preparing many meals for ourselves, we probably made up in price what we would have paid if we had had to eat many meals out.
I highly recommend Templeton Place to travelers who appreciate the things that I have mentioned above.
The apartment was spacious, well equipped including washer/dryer.

There was a problem with 3 light bulbs in our room, which was rectified as soon as possible after the weekend, and we will receive a small compensation for the 2 nights we endured the problem. We were impressed with how they dealt with the issue.
The property was on a beautiful street close to the station, with coop and m&s food close by.
Air conditioning was excellent during the heatwave!
We found the accommodation a little expensive.
As tourists not from the UK we would have appreciated an adaptor for electrical appliances and usb phone chargers.
Upon request, the guy at reception supplied us with a usb adapter for the duration of our stay.

Cupboards! Even for a small family of 3 we were struggling to unpack and keep all clothes in the high shelf cupboards for a little over 9 days stay.
The bathroom did not have a lock :(
Great facilities, well equipped, clean,safe, and the staff were polite, helpful, and attentive. The neighborhood has lots of great shops, restaurants, and access to public transportation.
Not their fault, but Uber rides had trouble finding the exact location-three times!
