Eccellente
Pros:

Il nostro soggiorno è stato meraviglioso, la zona centralissima con la linea earls court a due passi e davvero tranquilla e residenziale. Zero traffico e zero rumori. La struttura è molto grande, le camere sono un po' piccole ma a Londra un po' ovunque è così. L'appartamento aveva tutto in dotazione: forno, bollitore, lavatrice, lavello, piano cottura, utensili. Il bagno non presentava bidet e per noi italiani è un po' scomodo ma si sa che all'estero è così. Vorrei menzionare in particolare Amin, receptionist eccellente, gentilissimo, preparato, disponibile e chiaro in tutte le info. Era sempre pronto ad accoglierci ed aiutarci 24/24, anche quando io e mio marito ci siamo persi per la città a causa della metro. Il soggiorno è stato fantastico anche grazie a lui. Grazie Amin!!

Pros:

Friendly, helpful staff. The room was very clean, modern and well stocked with everything you could need. Fluffy white towels and comfortable bed made it that little bit extra nice. Location was excellent with lots of local cafes, restaurants and a couple of good supermarkets within a short walk. Close to the tube for a convenient trip into central London. Will definitely choose again next time I'm in London.

Pros:

Very good location for public transport and sights. The bed was comfortable. The room had everything we needed for a medium length stay, all cleaning equipment and products were provided. There was a lot of attention for details. Staff was friendly and helpful

Cons:

The lounge area felt a little unwelcoming and ‘cold’ without carpet.

駅に近いのに静かで、部屋も充分な広さ。
給湯の温度、量も良く、バスタブに浸かれて良かった。

Cons:

お掃除が1週間の滞在で1回しかはいらないとの事なので、私達は5泊だったので、部屋には埃がたまり、トイレやバスタブも自分で掃除しなければならなかった。　リクエストすればタオルの交換、トイレットペーパーの補充やゴミは捨ててくれる。
