Hôtel bien situé près d'une station de métro (5min à pied) et dans un quartier résidensiel calme. Personnel très accueillant et bienveillant (merci Amine). Chambre spacieuse, kitchenette bien équipée, literie confortable.

Pros:

Location is great being close to train stations and bus stops. Room is also spacious. Staff were all lovely and helpful. Having a washing/drying machine was very useful espicially when staying for a few nights.

Cons:

Stairs up to the enterance was slightly inconvenient with large luggage. Not sure if there is a different entrance if needed though.

Pros:

The apartament had enough space to relax and work - whatever needed. The kitchen had all basic equipment necessary to cook a simple meal (pots, pans, plates, etc).
The staff was very polite and attentive.
After a long flight, I especially valued the opportunity to check in earlier and have a rest after the trip.

A Comfortable London Stay: Loved the Space, Missed the Housekeeping
Pros:

I had a positive stay at Templeton Place. Unlike some reviews I’d read, my room was actually quite spacious and the building had a functional elevator, which made moving luggage very easy. The location is excellent, and the apartment felt like a comfortable home base during my time in London.

Cons:

No regular housekeeping, and the kitchen bin was tiny and impractical—requiring constant bending and manual opening, which felt unhygienic.

La disponibilità dello staff e la pulizia all'arrivo.

Cons:

Aver prenotato camera con letto matrimoniale e letto singolo, pagando di più rispetto a strutture che offrono letto matrimoniale e divano letto, e trovare in camera non un letto singolo standard, come ci si aspetterebbe, ma un letto apribile senza un materasso standard, molto scomodo. Ho apprezzato intervento di staff per migliorare situazione, ma se avessi saputo che la condizione dei letti era questa, avrei prenotato altra struttura a costo più basso. Ritengo che la descrizione dei letti su Booking non sia corretta.
Ho visto che nei tre giorni che abbiamo soggiornato non c'è stata alcuna pulizia nella camera, neanche in bagno.

It was early April, and we were actually freezing at night. Let me explain: it's a pretty old building, probably a historical one or something, so you can't just change the windows whenever you want. It was super windy, so at night, it felt like the window was wide open—cold wind just streamed into the room. In the living room, the windows were much better; no complaints about that, only the bedroom.
