Essen kann man dort wirklich gut, sehr liebes Personal ,aber übernachten nie wieder

Ausschließlich das Restaurant

Cons:

Zimmer bei Anreise auf ca 14 Grad kalt, großer Schimmelfleck im Zimmer,kein Rauchmelder,Badezimmerheizung mit undefinierter Flüssigkeit bekleckert, keine Gardinen. Nach Abreise an den Besitzer geschrieben. Den aber interessierte es wohl nicht. Die netten Angestellten des Restaurants haben sich entschuldigt, sind aber ja nicht für das Hotel verantwortlich.

Das Zimmer war direkt über dem Restaurant. Im Zimmer ein Duftstecker, dass das Zimmer furchtbar gerochen hat. Im Minibad ein Waschbecken in der Größe von einem Waschbecken im Gäste WC, also mini. Zimmer Ausstattung minimal. Ich frage mich womit dieses Hotel seine drei Sterne verdient hat.

Schlaflose Nacht
Pros:

Zentral gelegen und nur wenige Minuten zur Autobahn.

Cons:

Angefangen von den fehlenden Parkplätzen (ja mit etwas Glück sind die öffentlichen Parkplätze vor der Tür frei, aber ich hatte eben kein Glück und musste 3 Straßen weiter parken) über das renovierungsbedürftige Zimmer (Fußleisten sind locker oder fehlen, nicht wirklich sauber, und ein Kopfkissen was gerade mal 5cm hoch war.

Clean but loud and shouldn’t advertise they have parking available

Clean and spacious place

Cons:

There is no parking.. we picked this place because of the hotel parking, however the only parking they have is 2 tiny spots in their inner yard which was very narrow. But we couldn’t even try to park there because it was used by staff 24/7 and the entrance to the yard was blocked multiple times by delivery vans. Had to park our car further away on a tiny street with which we weren’t really comfortable with..
Very loud.. Right at the tram street and we could hear the tram running all night and you could hear people, doors opening and closing in the hallways.
At arrival the front door was closed and we don’t know what to do until we eventually saw someone in the back.

Excellent all round
Pros:

The bar and restaurant was a bonus, we ate there outside in the well appointed garden both nights. The menu was wide and varied. The room was a very good size, the beds nice and firm and the shower room a very good size with immediate hot water. The location i know, as i have been to this location before over the years for Veterama and enjoy the tram ride and bus. The staff were very helpful on both days. I will defiantly be staying here again.

Pros:

There's a restaurant below and guests are allowed to bring the hotel food up, but are not allowed to get deliveries from other places.
Good workout bringing up your luggage because there is no lift

Cons:

Provided room didn't match the descriptions. The room is a lot smaller, the toilet and shower was across the corridor and not in the room and accessible for everybody. The few parking spaces were all full when we arrived and when we checked later. We left disappointed and went to a different hotel. The location is way outside of Mannheim but there are trams and buses running. Stairs up to the rooms are a bit tight to bring up bigger luggage

Kein Wlan auf dem Zimmer, Kein Parplatz im Hof stehen nur Lieferfahrzeuge fürs Restaurant, In fünf Tagen wurde nur einmal das Zimmer gereinigt und nur einmal das Bett gemacht, Mülleimer gelehrt usw.

There was not breakfast. This was not really a reflection on the Hotel, as others who stayed in another hotel nearby also did not provide breakfast. It seems that there is a staff shortage in the area at the moment.

Cons:

More space in the bedroom. We had to squeeze past our suitcases to get to the bathroom.

The room was fine although shower broken

Cons:

Hotel in darkness when I arrived. Young girl 8ish game me a key when I shouted into the empty and dark reception area. Told her father back soon. ! rang constantly through evening but no reply to find out about accessing Hotel on my return.
Left early the dinner was attending as worried about not being able to get in. Finally someone answered and said door was open all night. Spoilt my visit.

Es war total laut, Wirtschaft unten, hellhörig das Bad des Nachbarn, Strassenbahnund Autos etc. TV war defekt und das Frühstück war ziemlich mager. Das Rührei war lecker!
