Excellent location and staff.
Pros:

Excellent location and terrace restaurant. Gorgeous spacious corridors.

Cons:

The indoor bar was small a bit small but the terrace was delightful.

Pros:

Very conveniently located. We had the largest room which faced the Guggenheim museum.
Hotel is right next to the River, it’s peaceful and relaxing. Walking distance to old town.

Heerlijk verblijf in hartje Bilbao.
Pros:

Prachtig hotel vlakbij het Guggenheim Museum en op wandelafstand van de oude stad. We kregen een gratis kamerupgrade naar twee kamers met zicht op de rivier.
Prima geruisloze airco. Erg geluiddichte kamers: hoewel we vlakbij de liften lagen is onze nachtrust daardoor geen enkel moment verstoord geweest.
Fantastisch en erg uitgebreid ontbijt (inclusief showcooking voor eitjes en pannenkoeken).

Cons:

Als we écht kritisch moeten zijn: er liggen geen badjassen op de kamer, maar zonder overleef je het wel ;-)

Centrally located, amazing
Pros:

The location was amazing, near a lot of the central sites. They had an excellent breakfast. The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

The only downside was there was only one drawer, we were unable to unpack and lift out of our suitcase.

Pros:

uitstekend hotel! Vriendelijk en bekwaam personeel. Er was iets misgelopen met de boeking van de parking, maar het is perfect opgelost. Propere kamers.
Heel goed ontbijt. Gelegen tegenover Guggenheim. Groot bed, goede matras.

Cons:

Ik weet echt niets.
