Quando cheguei solicitei late check out, informaram-me que era possível, mas que o tinha de fazer no último dia. No último dia, quando o solicitei disseram-me que não era possível, já tinham vários.

Very lux and comfortable stayed 5 nights in total and didnt want to go home!
Pros:

The location was excellent the reception was excellent offered a glass of champagne on arrival the room was the biggest ive been in over looking the river and museum very lux and value for money off season

Magnifico hotel para conocer una magnifica ciudad. Bilbao y su gente.
Pros:

Nos gustó todo en general, las instalaciones, ubicación, las vistas a la ría que gracias a la cortesía del hotel pudimos disfrutar. En general un hotel muy bien situado, a un paso de todo y con unas muy buenas instalaciones. El desayuno esplendido.

very well located, room clean, huge bed, staff very pleasant

the card kept randomly disconnecting when inserted to the power source which made light noise at night, nothing too terrible
