Bilbao zum geniessen!
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt an einer sehr zentrale Lage, direkt am Fluss. Alle Museen, Altstadt und Sehenswürdigkeiten im Zentrum haben wir zu Fuss erreichen können. Aber das Highlight lag unmittelbar neben dem Hotel, das Guggenheim Museum.
Das Zimmer war sehr gut und schön eingerichtet. Bequemes und grosses Bett. Am Morgen haben wir das grossartige und ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbüffet auf der Terrasse geniessen können.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Une impression de manque de management, à notre arrivée une personne nous accompagne pour emprunter l’ascenseur a voiture jusqu’à la réception mais ne nous aide pas pour les bagages (80 et 65ans) au départ personne pour nous aider à sortir la voiture par l’ascenseur …
