Lo mejor el desayun, espectacular.. La ubicación al lado del Guggenheim. El precio lo considero muy caro. Pero por una noche en Bilbao tampoco se nos fué el presupuesto..

Remek helyen, magas színvonalú, udvarias kiszolgálás, kényelmes, tiszta szoba.
Pros:

A hotel remek elhelyezkedésű, nagy tisztaság volt, a szoba meglepően nagy méretű volt, átgondolt kialakítással és berendezéssel.
A személyzet segítőkész és udvarias volt.
10/10 pont :)

Cons:

A reggelinél a paradicsomon kívül nem volt más zöldség, lehett volna még paprika, uborka, saláta...
Én megoldottam, de a kávégépek használata több vendégnek okozott problémát

Overall good stay, location wasn’t the closest to the heart or the city but manageable walk.

I found the rooms very tiny
The hotel lacked many basic amenities
We had to beg for coffee - the room comes with coffee sachet which is quite disappointing for the stars and price we paid.

Ok for the amount of money i paid

Cons:

The front desk forgot to make my 5am taxi reservation and when I checked after dinner to confirm the lady at the desk confirmed they forgot. She told me she would do it later because she was working on some calculations. I told her I would not leave until she made the reservation!!

Such a beautiful Hotel
Pros:

A wonderful hotel, staff were brilliant and really made our stay special. The food is outstanding and better than most 5* hotels in the UK.
