Bastante decepcionante
Pros:

La ubicación es lo unico que se salva del hotel. Aunque hay que tener en cuenta que también se vuelve un inconveniente ya que no esta nada bien insonorizado y por las noches es super ruidoso.

Cons:

Limpieza deficiente, cama durísima e imposible pegar ojo por la noche

La ubicación excelente. Baño y camas muy cómodas. Aunque no dan desayuno , hay disponible café, te y galletitas a la mañana. Hay agua de dispenser fría y caliente las 24hs

Quizás le faltaría una mesita con sillas a la habitación.

Great if you need a few nights in phi phi, right in the middle of the hustle and bustle
Pros:

Location was great, and luckily we were set back away from the main street so didn’t hear any noise. The rooms are huge, and very clean, with the hotel picking up your bags from the pier

Poteva essere meglio.
Pros:

Di buono ha la posizione e la gentilezza dello staff.

Cons:

Camera buia e umida. Appena siamo entrati c’era odore di umido e di stanza chiusa.
Camere per nulla insonorizzate.
Non consiglio a chi cerca relax o chi vuole fare più di 1/2 notti nell’isola.

Pros:

Good location. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Water in the shower has an odd smell, but that's standard across the island. Alley entrance is off the main street and has an area to chill if you need somewhere to relax. Next door to 711, close to the beach and great bars and restaurants.
