Pros:

Great location, close to all main amenities, very clean and room was maintained every day with fresh towels etc. Free tea & coffee and snacks in the morning. Couldn’t hear the music as some of the review say- maybe due to not being peak season?

Cons:

Only issues we had were other clearly inconsiderate guests who would come in at early hours and be shouting/talking loudly similar to something you may experience in a hostel & due to the rooms not being very well noise proof you can hear every single word. Maybe you could look into how this can be managed better as other than that a really nice place but this lets it down as we were awoken 3/3 nights due to this.

Pros:

Завтрака нет, только кофе, зато рядом есть Seven Eleven там можно купить и сразу разогреть сэндвичи и прочее. Все остальное было великолепно, выше моих ожиданий

Had a fabulous 3 day stay here on Phi Phi the hotel was in a perfect location for all the amenities would defy recommend

Nice touches but some small fixes could improve
Pros:

Big room and nice colour palette. Thoughtful arrangement of towels. Supplied toiletries was nice. In the deluxe having a hanging keycard by the door was useful.

Cons:

It felt like there was very little meaningful difference between a deluxe and standard room.

Not enough plug sockets.

Sometimes the bathroom had poor smells from the drains and extractor fan.

A combination of thin windows and communal terrace doors in the corridor, left open all night, made it very loud. I have stayed in other places which are acutely aware of nearby noise which gave complimentary ear plugs but this hotel did not

Bien situé et bien équipé cependant mal insonorisé
Pros:

Idéalement situé, 7/11 et commerces au pied de l’hôtel

Cons:

L’isolation des chambres est à revoir, car malheureusement le manque de respect de certains touristes se fait vite ressentir surtout en pleine nuit: allers/retours, parlent fort/chantent/cris dans les couloirs, claquent les portes.

Great hotel, would definitely recommend!
Pros:

Bed was top tier, staff very friendly and a great location. Fresh coffee on site and spotless hotel.

We got upgraded to a deluxe room upon arrival without even having to ask which was brilliant and the hotel picked up our luggage upon arrival at the dock also

Cons:

Only downside is the noise due to its location but ear plugs solve that. Other than that the hotel is perfect
