Mooi verblijf in ruime kamer

Cons:

Er hingen verschillende bloedvegen aan het plafond dus dat was een beetje raar.
Badkamer voelde wat ouder aan, maar algemeen zeer goede kamer

Perfect, wish we stayed longer
Pros:

Pure perfection and we just wished we had a longer stay. Bed was very comfortable and massive. Staff were so friendly. They offer a “pick up” service to and from the pier free of charge. Location is great!

Comfortable hotel in a great spot on Phi Phi, surprised by the good facilities.
Pros:

Great location, next to a 7-11 and close to good restaurants and bars.

Big room, clean, great bathroom facilities. Free water bottles on arrival, free coffee in the morning (a good latte) and crackers and biscuits. Staff provided more towels and toilet paper when we asked.

Cons:

On our second night we had a leak in our ceiling and rain got in, making our clothes wet. This wasn’t an issue on the last night. Staff were quick to respond when we reported it.

Amazing stay
Pros:

We LOVED our stay here. The staff are exceptional. The room was spotless. Great location, not too far from the pier and close to the beach. Really in the middle of everything but I didn't hear any outside noise. They even helped me organise a cake and decorations for my boyfriend's birthday. Amazing stay would 100% recommend!!

Very cost-effective
Pros:

The location is very convenient, central, quiet. Comfy bed, clean bedroom and facilities.

Cons:

There is a small step to the bathroom, which makes the door slightly shorter, and I hit my head a couple of times.

Pros:

Super kind people working here! Clean, comfortable room and good laundry service!

Some other guests were talking loudly in the night and early morning, but which makes sense because of the central location and party vibe of the island

Le lit est super confortable

Eau gratuite et fraîche à disposition
Shampoing + Gel douche fournis
En pleins centre à côté de tout plage/boutiques/restaurant
Le rapport qualité et prix est plus que bon
Service de bagage compris pour vous emmener jusqu'au port
Sur l'île pas de scooter ni de vélos uniquement la marche

Cons:

Juste il faut savoir dormir avec un peu de bruit car on est dans le centre donc on entends les personnes en soirée en l'extérieur
