Great location and lovely staff, we had a message before asking if we’d like someone to come collect our bags from the pier and take us to our hotel which was really nice! Room was great and clean.

The location was perfect, near every thing,and the room was very clean and comfortable.
The staff were also so helpful and friendly especially deewa who helped us lots throughout our stay :)

Très bien situé mais ménage insuffisant
Pros:

Hôtel bien placé à Tonsai, entouré de nombreux restaurants, bars, laveries, centres de plongée et salons de massage, etc.
L’embarcadère est accessible à pied en moins de 8 minutes, ce qui est très pratique.
La chambre est petite mais fonctionnelle.
La climatisation est efficace.
Le balcon, bien que petit, dispose d’une chaise et d’une étagère qui peuvent servir pour poser ou faire sécher des affaires.
Globalement, l’établissement est propre et bien entretenu.

Cons:

La salle de bain est petite et la douche n’est pas séparée, comme souvent en Asie, ce qui fait que le sol est rapidement mouillé en grande partie.
Il manque un vrai espace ou équipement pour étendre les affaires de plage.
En trois nuits, le ménage n’a pas été fait une seule fois, ce qui peut poser problème, surtout lorsqu’il est demandé de ne pas jeter le papier toilette dans les toilettes. Les poubelles devraient au minimum être vidées pendant le séjour si elles sont pleines.
Enfin, s’il y a du bruit dans la rue en bas, cela peut s’entendre dans la chambre. En dehors de cela, l’endroit reste plutôt calme.
