Comfortable and cute hotel with amazing staff in the heart of the Phi Phi action for a reasonable price.
Pros:

The property was well located in the party area, it’s an easy walk to just about anything on the island. The staff was amazing, very kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with hot water showers. Free coffee machine in the mornings was a nice touch.

Cons:

The air conditioning didn’t work well and dripped water. It was really loud due to the location. This might be a plus if you are looking for that, but if you aren’t it can get annoying. It might help to let people know this prior to booking.

Great hotel but make sure you are in a room on the quieter side otherwise you will not sleep

The staff are lovely and rooms are modern and clean. Well located and comfy beds

Cons:

We had to move because one side of the hotel is next to a live music bar which is so close the windows were vibrating. The music went until 1am and it was unbearable. We did move after the first night and obviously its not the hotels fault, but I think they should put double glazing in as the single glazing was letting noise through like sitting on a speaker!

Es war sehr sehr laut und hellhörig. Man hat jedes Wort aus dem Nachbarzimmer und jeden Schritt im Gang gehört. Der Fußboden und das Bad war nicht sauber. Habe mich etwas geekelt

Pros:

O hotel está muito bem localizado, fácil acesso caminhando para qualquer localidade da ilha. O quarto era espaçoso e muito confortável. O hotel no geral era muito limpo e os funcionários muito atenciosos. Recomendamos

Excelente localização e bom custo benefício
Pros:

Excelente localização em Phi Phi Don, próximo de tudo, em frente a Phi Phi Brazuca inclusive. Equipe muito atenciosa e disposta a auxiliar o hóspede. Local limpo, inclusive precisa retirar os calçados para entrar, o que é típico na região. Com certeza eu ficaria novamente nessa hospedagem.

Cons:

Não fornece café da manhã, ne possui piscina ou academia, o que se explica pelo fato de estar no coração de PHi Phi e ali o espaço físico é limitado. Precisa subir escadas até o quarto e isso pode ser problema pra quem for mais velho ou tiver problema de locomoção.
