Would recommend to anyone, great stay. Short walk down to the port and a lovely atmosphere in the hotel.

Small hotel and had a lovely feel to it.
Food in the restaurant was amazing. We always like to eat out but had dinner twice there as enjoyed it so much.

Lekkert hotell med god service og topp mat!
Pros:

Lekkert hotell, flott bassengområde, herlig atmosfære! Familierommet var romslig og fint! Kunne tenkt meg balkong på rommet. Lekkert interiør i fellesområdet. Nydeleg lunsj i restauranten!

Si eres español este no es tu hotel

El hotel es muy bonito, está muy bien ubicado y las instalaciones son agradables

Cons:

nuestra experiencia ha sido muy mala, especialmente en cuanto al trato recibido por ser españoles. Desde el primer día no había nadie que entendiera el idioma, todas las cartas del desayuno estaban solo en inglés y toda la señalización del hotel también. Es evidente que el hotel está pensado exclusivamente para huéspedes extranjeros.
Quiero destacar el comportamiento de una trabajadora, Maartje, que desde el primer momento nos ha tratado de forma discriminatoria por no hablar inglés. Mis dos hijos pequeños han tenido que presenciar desprecios constantes: tardaban muchísimo más en servirles, ignoraban nuestras peticiones y el trato hacia nuestra mesa era claramente distinto al que recibían otros huéspedes.
Además, varios servicios anunciados en Booking no se corresponden con la realidad. No hay plazas de aparcamiento suficientes y el coche debe dejarse en la calle. También indicaba que los niños estaban incluidos, pero al llegar pretendían cobrarlos aparte.
En la piscina ocurre algo similar: hay normas que ellos mismos no cumplen ni controlan, como permitir fumar en las hamacas. También hay un gato que pertenece al dueño y que se pasea por todo el hotel, incluidas las habitaciones y la zona de piscina. Puede parecer simpático, pero debería estar indicado por motivos de alergias o simplemente porque no todo el mundo quiere alojarse en un hotel con un animal que entra en las habitaciones.
El desayuno es extremadamente lento: más de 40 minutos para una tortilla y un café. Quiero mencionar que Fabian y John sí han sido amables y profesionales, pero el resto del servicio deja muchísimo que desear.
Sin lugar a duda el servicio no está a la altura de lo que vale el hotel.
