Important information:

Any reservation of 5 or more suites will be considered a group and therefore will be subject to specific terms and conditions depending on the group size.

Please note that we do not accept parties and guests must not congregate in any individual suite.

Bookings will be subject to a security deposit of £100 when staying in a Studio Suite or a One Bedroom Suite for a maximum stay of 6 nights. A £250 deposit is required when booking a Two Bedroom Suite or any category for a stay of 7 nights or longer. The deposit can be paid in advance or upon arrival.
The deposit will be released upon departure minus any incidental damages or unpaid charges. Please note that it can take up to 7 working days for the security deposit to be credited following departure. This may take longer than 7 working days for non-UK bank cards & prepaid cards.

Supercity Aparthotels reserves the right to make any additional charges to your credit card which may not be covered by the security deposit. You will be notified by email of any additional charges.

Please note, all our properties are strictly nonsmoking and full security deposit will be retained for smoking within any of our properties; additional fees will be charged for any damages in addition to the smoking fee.

Pros:

The room had a modern esthetic it was fully equipped and locaed very close to the mrtro station.

Cons:

Upon arrival, the room was adequately clean. Nevertheless, during the 6 days we stayed (28th of December- 3rd of January), the room was never cleaned. We were only given the option to have the bins emptied.

The staff were helpful and friendly and the place felt safe, clean and very high quality
Pros:

Facilities and design of facilities was excellent. This would make a great base for a week to either work or play in London, depending on the cost at the time

Cons:

Very high tech switches/electrics (for me) which proved difficult at first but no big deal really

I loved my stay here and would recommend it.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and accommodative to a few requests I made. My flight arrived early in the morning, I kept moving around the area waiting for my room check in time. However the lady at the reception was so lenient, she checked me in earlier than the expected time. Much appreciated!

Cons:

It can be a little bit noisy at night due to the bar which is close by. But after 1am including weekends it’s quiet so this wasn’t a big issue.

Very comfortable, convenient and good value. Would stay again.
Pros:

Very clean and spacious room, comfortable for an extended stay in London.

Cons:

Additional costs for more regular towel changes and bed changes but overall good value for money and daily removal of rubbish from the room.

Pros:

Location was superb with many underground station options nearby. Street was nice and quiet.

Apartment felt brand new and was very nicely presented. Gym was small but had plenty of kit for a good workout.

Great location - perfect for an overnight break or work trip stay. Lots of amenities within the apartment too.
Pros:

Really friendly staff and was to find location. Lots of space in the apartment and good heating / aircon

Cons:

A bit noisy near by but that’s just construction in London!

I would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

The room was a lot bigger than I expected. Really nice space and comfortable bed.

Cons:

I had some trouble getting the washer and dryer to work. My clothes ended up smelly and I had to take the laundry back home with me to wash.

Todo fue increíble.
Pros:

Que tenga lavarropas, cocina super equipada para cocinar. La ducha muy buena, el agua caliente y con buen caudal. La atención de Marina de la recepción, destaco su amabilidad y como nos aconsejo en todo e incluso gracias a ella supimos de que el mismo hotel esta en Edimburgo y hacia allí estamos yendo.

Cons:

Solo por decir algo: que no tenga una sartén y habia demasiada calefacción, pero se solucionaba abriendo un poco las ventanas.
