Any reservation of 5 or more suites will be considered a group and therefore will be subject to specific terms and conditions depending on the group size.

Please note that we do not accept parties and guests must not congregate in any individual suite.

Bookings will be subject to a security deposit of £100 when staying in a Studio Suite or a One Bedroom Suite for a maximum stay of 6 nights. A £250 deposit is required when booking a Two Bedroom Suite or any category for a stay of 7 nights or longer. The deposit can be paid in advance or upon arrival.
The deposit will be released upon departure minus any incidental damages or unpaid charges. Please note that it can take up to 7 working days for the security deposit to be credited following departure. This may take longer than 7 working days for non-UK bank cards & prepaid cards.

Supercity Aparthotels reserves the right to make any additional charges to your credit card which may not be covered by the security deposit. You will be notified by email of any additional charges.

Please note, all our properties are strictly nonsmoking and full security deposit will be retained for smoking within any of our properties; additional fees will be charged for any damages in addition to the smoking fee.

Pros:

Location was superb with many underground station options nearby. Street was nice and quiet.

Apartment felt brand new and was very nicely presented. Gym was small but had plenty of kit for a good workout.

Great location - perfect for an overnight break or work trip stay. Lots of amenities within the apartment too.
Pros:

Really friendly staff and was to find location. Lots of space in the apartment and good heating / aircon

Cons:

A bit noisy near by but that’s just construction in London!

I would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

The room was a lot bigger than I expected. Really nice space and comfortable bed.

Cons:

I had some trouble getting the washer and dryer to work. My clothes ended up smelly and I had to take the laundry back home with me to wash.

Todo fue increíble.
Pros:

Que tenga lavarropas, cocina super equipada para cocinar. La ducha muy buena, el agua caliente y con buen caudal. La atención de Marina de la recepción, destaco su amabilidad y como nos aconsejo en todo e incluso gracias a ella supimos de que el mismo hotel esta en Edimburgo y hacia allí estamos yendo.

Cons:

Solo por decir algo: que no tenga una sartén y habia demasiada calefacción, pero se solucionaba abriendo un poco las ventanas.

Een prima verblijf op een perfecte locatie
Pros:

Het mooi, ruim en schoon appartement met een uitstekende ligging ten opzichte van de metro. Je komt binnen in de hal,. Daarna een aparte slaapkamer, daarnaast de badkamer en dan loop je de keuken annex woonkamer in. Prima opgezet. Alles wat je nodig hebt in de keuken is aanwezig (behalve keukenrol ;-)). De bezienswaardigheden zijn ook redelijk op loopafstand. Dicht bij Sint Paul's. Een rustige buurt, maar de reuring van de stad is binnen handbereik. De dame bij de receptie was super vriendelijk. We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad.

Cons:

De prijs was behoorlijk. Bijna 300Euro per nacht. We waren met twee personen voor 4 nachten. Voor deze dagen waren in totaal 4 koffiecups op voorraad in het appartement. We konden deze bij de receptie kopen voor 70cent. Uiteindelijk hebben we ze zonder te vragen gewoon gekregen. Dat vonden we eerlijk gezegd ook niet meer dan normaal. Tijdens het verblijf is niet gepoetst, alleen de prullenbakken zijn op verzoek geleegd. Dat is ok, maar na twee dagen even een stofzuiger door het appartement vinden wij wel prettig. We kregen vier handdoeken (2 per persoon voor 4 nachten). Wil je meer dan moet je bijbetalen. Als de prijs al stevig is, hoort dat wat mij betreft bij de service. Twee puntjes qua inrichting: de lampen zijn niet dimbaar. Dat is jammer. We hebben daarom de lichten uitgedaan en de tv aangezet en het lampje in de afzuigkap. De bank was doorgezakt, daar konden we niet op zitten. Geen halszaken, maar minpuntjes.

Bra sted og komfortabelt, men fikk ikke det vi oppgraderte til og betalte for. Det er skuffende.

Komfort, senger, belysning, rent.

Cons:

Vinduene var av eldre type og det var en del støy på nattestid i ukedager. Jeg likte ikke at vi ikke fikk den oppgraderte leiligheten vi betalte for. Dette ble innrømmet av resepsjonist ved innsjekk og de skulle komme tilbake til oss på dette, noe de ikke gjorde.
