Authentic, rustic Spanish colonial style complex with a terrific roof top terrace to rival the Antigua Brewing Co roof terrace next door - buy your wine in the supermarket and then take it up on the roof! Save a fortune!
Would be nice with Aircon or a ceiling fan as rooms do get hot
It was beautiful, clean, and in a perfect location.
Their air conditioning for our room was a plug-in fan machine. It did not cool the room down very much.

Nuestra habitación era muy muy pequeña. Pude ver un par de habitaciones más y eran más grandes. Creo que nos tocó la más pequeña del hotel y el el piso más bajo.
Amazing location, right in the center of town. A very cozy retreat with easy access to everything Antigua has to offer.
The staff was friendly, capable, and professional.
Breakfast was simple but tasty, and afternoon coffee and cakes were an unexpected treat! There was fresh water and Jamaica water all day.
Beds were comfortable, despite the claustrophobic room size.
The rooms were small and dark, although that's to be expected in an old house. Bathrooms could use some updating. The floors were never quite clean, which was awkward because we didn't have slippers and didn't want to wear shoes that we had worn in the street.
Lastly, there is street and breakfast noise, especially in the front rooms.

The room was a bit small for 2 travellers with luggages.
Breakfast is served in the internal patio and the rooms facing it can hear noise of people, plates and cutlery from the early morning.

De locatie is perfect. Daarnaast is het zo’n schattig hotel! Het dakterras heeft een fantastisch uitzicht. Alle hoekjes hebben zitjes en mooie bloemen.
We mochten onze backpacks bij de receptie achterlaten toen we vroeger dan de inchecktijd aankwamen. Daarnaast was er water beschikbaar en konden we in de tuin zitten en gebruik maken van het toilet.
Het personeel van de receptie had ons een folder gegeven met uitleg over de festiviteiten die gaande waren in de stad toen wij er waren.
We hadden weinig last van geluid van de straat.
De ontbijtruimte is op het mooie binnenplein. Helaas kijken daar een aantal kamers op uit. Om 7:00 begint het geluid en kan je niet meer slapen. We vroegen om een andere kamer maar dit was niet mogelijk omdat het hotel al vol zat.
Mijn man heeft zijn zonnebril op het dakterras vergeten. De volgende ochtend was de bril weg en wist het personeel ook niets. Het kwam op ons niet over alsof er veel moeite werd gestopt in het helpen de bril terug te vinden.
We kwamen rond 13:00 aan op de dag van inchecken. Echter is inchecktijd 15:00 en daar wordt niet vanaf geweken.
De kamers zijn krap. Er staat een losse kleine airco in de kamer, dus geen split unit. In de badkamer zit schimmel op de muur.
