Very beautiful hotel. The terraces, the interior court are so relaxing, and have great views. The location is also very central and you can walk pretty much anywhere in the historic center. Staff was friendly helpful. Great Wi-Fi too.
There was a lot of noise as early as 7am. It sounded like it came from the hotel itself. Definitely had an impact on what was otherwise a pretty relaxing stay.
The rooms are beautiful but pretty old. The sink didn't drain well, the curtains had a few stains, and the pillows had lumps. Not terrible, but keeps it from being a 10/10 stay.
Lovely place very well decorated! We like the typical breakfast so much. Meson de Maria has a very good location, just around the corner you could find the famous Catalina Arch which is the most iconic landmark at Antigua.
El desayuno en su primer día excelente , el segundo día bajaron la calidad y cantidad, la ubicación perfecta muy cerca de todos los lugares emblemáticos. Un lugar muy acogedor, la terraza preciosa. Me volvería a hospedar con algunas modificaciones pequeñas. Su gente es encantadora, muy especial.
No tiene aire acondicionado, lo que tiene es un ventilador de techo y uno de pie, gracias a Dios no hacía tanta calor. Poca agua en la ducha . No hay agua potable.
I loved the property! It was centrally located, making it easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. The hotel was clean, affordable, and full of charming colonial Antigua character. One of my favorite features was the rooftop terrace, which offered beautiful views of the city and surrounding volcanoes. It was the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and authentic Antigua charm.
Minor issues with the TV remote control. Music was loud from a near rooftop restaurant which didn’t bother me a whole lot.

Hot water takes a long time to get warm in the shower and the bed was not comfortable. The mattress felt like it was sinking. Minimal options at breakfast

Que el viaje acabara.
El estilo del hotel, la ambientación y decoración son fantásticos. El personal fue muy atento y siempre estuvo dispuesto a colaborar. Aunque las habitaciones son un tanto pequeñas, son muy acogedoras. El detalle de mantener la estación permanente de café, bocaditos y agua se valoré mucho.
En realidad mi estadía estuvo excelente, si acaso algo que podría ser mejorado es la variedad en el desayuno, por lo demás todo muy bien.

property was perfect. Walking distance to everything and a roof top terrace with great views. Room was comfortable and breakfast was included.

Pokoje bardzo ciemne i bez klimatyzacji oraz wentylacji. Dostaliśmy pokój przechodni (z drzwiami do sąsiedniego pokoju) przez które wszystkiego było słychać - w nocy chrapanie sąsiada a od 6 rano pogawędki… czuliśmy jakby byli z nami w pokoju, bo słyszeliśmy dokładnie każde słowo pomimo, że starali się mówić szeptem. Obok hotelu znajduje się klub/pub z którego dobiega bardzo głośna muzyka codziennie do północy! Jeśli musisz wstać wcześnie rano, to zapomnij, że zaśniesz wcześniej, bo muzyka dudni tak, że aż ściany się trzęsą. Ponadto codziennie od rana budzą wystrzeliwane przez mieszkańców Antigua petardy hukowe tzw bombas, które do późnego wieczora z różną częstotliwością w różnych częściach miasta „uprzyjemniają” pobyt licznym turystom w Antigua :D
It is extremely well located and it is beautiful with lots of spots to lounge around in the patios. Good food and great service.
There is some noise at night from a nearby bar and noise also carried from the room next to ours.
