Los espacios, la terraza, el desayuno.
Restaurante solo funciona al desayuno.
La ubicación perfecta la vista de la terraza a los volcanes espectacular.
Geweldige locatie met vriendelijk en hard werkend personeel. Het ontbijt was erg lekker en op aanvraag ook vegetarisch te verkrijgen. Het uitzicht vanaf het dak was subliem!
De (luxe) kamer was zeker wel mooi, maar wel op de begane grond gelegen zonder ramen. Dat was mij niet opgevallen, maar wellicht staat dat wel gewoon goed op de foto's/de beschrijving.

A beautiful rooftop looking out on Fuego, art in every nook, many comfortable places to sit , staff friendly and helpful. A beautiful breakfast every morning, with filtered water for free, and cranberry juice, coffee and banana bread waiting for you in the afternoons. Fresh flowers everywhere!
Our room was comfortable. A wonderful coffee shop a few steps away and Catharina arch just around the corner. So easy to discover Antigua from here.

Room 206 was great . Double Queen size Beds , comfortable, quite room , Great Room .
Silvia , the Hotel Manager , is a Sweet lady and Manuel , the Afternoon Manager , also a great Guy .
Room 201 . It was a king size Bed Suit but from the Suite point or view , it was More a room than a Suite. Dirty Floors . Completely Noisy room , Next to the Street . If you close the windows , It was a Sauna with No Air . So , you need to Open the windows for air and all the street noise comes to you . Couldn’t sleep the whole night .
The Inside Door Lock doesn’t work .
Safety Box , be careful, difficult to close it , more difficult to open it again . DON’t use it .
And it was the most expensive room !!! . Waist of Money .
Then we moved to room 206 . Great Room . Completely different , but ,,, The Safety Box has the same or worst problem . When we were there , It didn’t open at all.

The staff were very attentive, and overall the hotel is very pleasant, with several spots to sit and relax. Breakfast is excellent.
The room had only one window which faced the courtyard where breakfast was served and was the main passage of the hotel. When we closes the curtains for privacy the room became Stifled.
Also, there was no fan beside a very small portable one that did not help to move the air in the room.

Lo único negativo es que la cisterna del váter se quedaba sonando y era algo molesto, nada muy importante
