Excellent hotel. Very peaceful location. Lovely pool area. Delicious breakfast. Very helpful staff. Loved our stay! Recommend hiring a car as the hotel is a bit outside town, but the hotel could organise local taxis which were also very easy.

Café da manhã variado e preparado com cuidado, quando há passeios muito cedo eles deixam pronta uma marmitinha para levar. Equipe adorável e muito prestativa. Quarto super confortável, hotel silencioso. Tudo muito organizado e sem complicações.

Cons:

Poderiam ter um melhor serviço de wi fi, que só está disponível em uma sala de uso comum. O chuveiro demorava um pouco para esquentar, gerando um certo desperdício de água, que é escassa na região.

O hotel fica mais afastado do centro, onde estão a maioria dos restaurantes e serviços, e principalmente em alta temporada não é tão simples conseguir transporte com facilidade.

A peaceful oasis with exceptional hospitality

Lodge Quelana is a true oasis of peace just outside San Pedro de Atacama. Beautifully designed in a local style, very tasteful and exceptionally clean.
The atmosphere is calm and grounding, a perfect place to slow down and rest after exploring the desert.
What truly makes this place special is the hospitality. The team is incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, always helpful and caring.

Todos os funcionários são muito prestativos e simpáticos! O café da manhã é excelente! As instalações (quarto, cama, banheiro/chuveiro, ar condicionado) são muito boas e funcionam muito bem! Além disso, os funcionários do hotel são muito cuidadosos: quando o passeio dentro do deserto é muito cedo, eles mandam uma mensagem perguntando se não quer que preparem um café da manhã no dia anterior pra levar pro passeio, porque o café no hotel começa por volta de 08:00. Adoramos a estadia e recomendaremos pra outros amigos que quiserem ir ao Atacama!

Cons:

A distância do centro de San Pedro do Atacama. Mas isso é muito contornável, porque o próprio pessoal do hotel solicita um táxi para os hóspedes, e em dezembro/2025 está saindo por cerca de CLP 6000 cada corrida.

Sehr schöne Anlage mit freundlichem Personal, aber außerhalb des Zentrums

Häuschen sehr nett, gutes Frühstück, extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit, kleiner Pool und generell schöne Anlage

Cons:

Lage sehr außerhalb (aber das weiß man vorher) und nur mit Auto gut erreichbar. Preislich etwas höher
