Perfekte, wunderschöne Apartments in einer Oase der Ruhe mit hervorragendem Service

Äußerst freundliches Personal, sehr schönes Zimmer mit privater Terrasse und sehr schönem Bad, insgesamt perfekt gepflegte Anlage (man hat den Eindruck, alles ist neu), eine der allerbesten Unterkünfte in unserer 3-monatigen Chile-Reise,
liegt geringfügig (mit Auto ca. 5 Min.) außerhalb der "City", ist aber dafür perfekt ruhig und wenn man nach langen Ausflügen zurückkommt ist es wie eine Oase der Ruhe und Entspannnung, sehr flexibel mit Frühstück (sehr gutes Paket für unterwegs, wenn man sehr früh startet), sehr schöner, gepflegter Pool und sehr schöne Gemeinschaftsbereiche!

Cons:

Man kann NICHTS besser machen!!

El hotel es precioso, las habitaciones cómodas y limpias, el personal muy ate to. Realmente hicieron todo para que nosotros la pasáramos increíble. El desayuno espectacular.

A truly idyllic, paradise-like hotel
Pros:

Situated right on the outskirts of the city; although just a few minutes' drive away, it is remarkably quiet. At night, you can gaze up at a brilliant starry sky from the terrace of the main building or from the courtyard. The staff are incredibly friendly—especially Maria, who provided us with a lot of useful information and even helped us ordering dinner delivered to the hotel so we could enjoy the food and relax in the lovely library/living room at the main building. The breakfast is very delicious everyday. The freshly made coffee, omelette, scrambled eggs making us feel right at home. Highly recommend !

Beautiful, relaxing, amazing place!
Pros:

Beautifully maintained lodge, clean, comfortable and so relaxing after busy days exploring. It’s a quick drive from town and super quiet and felt very safe.

The staff were phenomenal and made sure we had everything we needed - even updating us on what attractions were open each day. The pool and lounge area were also great!

I am celiac and allergic to dairy and they went above and beyond to ensure I had breakfast and desert options. The breakfast they served each day was amazing!

The minibar and laundry service were both very reasonably priced which we appreciated.

Cons:

We loved everything! If I could request one change, it would be for them to offer dinner (perhaps on demand) in the cafeteria as the food was so good!

Excellent hotel. Very peaceful location. Lovely pool area. Delicious breakfast. Very helpful staff. Loved our stay! Recommend hiring a car as the hotel is a bit outside town, but the hotel could organise local taxis which were also very easy.

Café da manhã variado e preparado com cuidado, quando há passeios muito cedo eles deixam pronta uma marmitinha para levar. Equipe adorável e muito prestativa. Quarto super confortável, hotel silencioso. Tudo muito organizado e sem complicações.

Cons:

Poderiam ter um melhor serviço de wi fi, que só está disponível em uma sala de uso comum. O chuveiro demorava um pouco para esquentar, gerando um certo desperdício de água, que é escassa na região.
