Disgusting experience: the owner dismissed our bed bug bites, refused to help, and showed a complete lack of resposabili

Extremely disappointing experience. Both my girlfriend and I were bitten by bed bugs during our stay, but instead of taking our concerns seriously, the owner told us that we were exaggerating and refused to change our room.
What was even more upsetting was the owner’s attitude afterwards. When my girlfriend was crying and extremely distressed because she had received terrible news from Italy during our trip, she used that emotional moment against us, claiming that we had caused a disturbance. It felt like an attempt to discredit us in front of Booking before we could report the bed bug issue.
A serious accommodation problem was handled with a lack of empathy, professionalism, and responsibility. We strongly advise future guests to be cautious

Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés Lodge aménagé avec beaucoup de goût

Lodge exceptionnel quelques kilomètres de San Pedro (voiture nécessaire) Lodge accueillant très bien aménagé Personnel parfait très accueillant et à l’écoute Nous avons passé 4 jours exceptionnels à Quelana Nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la piscine hiver austral mais elle est très belle également Très bonne litière et très bon petit déjeuner.

La seule chose pas de machine à café dans chaque Lodge une salle commune est toutefois à disposition pour boire un café ou un verre Pas de table à repasser individuelle non plus Eau chaude très longue à venir dans les Lodges

Pros:

Me gustó todo, muy atentas las niñas de la recepción y el desayuno, muy tranquilo y hermoso el lugar. Ideal para desconectarse por el entorno del lugar y el silencio. Nosotros rentamos un vehículo para movilizarnos pues no está ubicado en la misma cuidad.

We loved that we were outside San Pedro. It was quiet, stars looked fantastic, staff was extremely helpful just like having concierge. One could see view of vulcanos from the rooftop deck and the first cabin. We end up staying additional three days.

Excelente acomodação, limpo, quarto amplo e com boas roupas de cama. Ambiente tranquilo e muito charmoso. Excelente para fazer lindas fotos.

O único ponto negativo é que fica distante do centro e você precisa de um carro para se locomover.

Pros:

O quarto é lindo e a cama super confortável e o banheiro também é execelente. Chuveiro ótimo. Tudo bem decorado. O hotel é um charme. A recepcionista e a moça do café são uns amores, todos muito educados e prestativos. Se vc for sair mais cedo para algum passeio, tem a opção de pedir um Box de café da manhã que eles preparam para levarmos. Estávamos de carro então não achamos longe da Caracoles. Mas se for ficar a pé não dá p ir andando.
