Any reservation of 5 or more suites will be considered a group and therefore will be subject to specific terms and conditions depending on the group size. Please note that we do not accept parties and guests must not congregate in any individual suite.
Bookings will be subject to a security deposit of £100 when staying in a Studio Suite or a One Bedroom Suite for a maximum stay of 6 nights. A £250 deposit is required when booking a Two Bedroom Suite or any category for a stay of 7 nights or longer. The deposit can be paid in advance or upon arrival.
The deposit will be released upon departure minus any incidental damages or unpaid charges. Please note that it can take up to 7 working days for the security deposit to be credited following departure. This may take longer than 7 working days for non-UK bank cards & prepaid cards.
Supercity Aparthotels reserves the right to make any additional charges to your credit card which may not be covered by the security deposit. You will be notified by email of any additional charges.
Please note, all our properties are strictly nonsmoking and full security deposit will be retained for smoking within any of our properties; additional fees will be charged for any damages in addition to the smoking fee.

Great Location, Spacious Room
I was assigned to a basement unit, which unfortunately flooded during my stay after leaves blocked the outdoor drainage. I believe this was a maintenance-related issue that could have been prevented. As a result, the room flooded and several of my belongings were damaged.
The way the staff handled the situation was far from satisfactory. The property promised to refund 50% of the cost of the first night to compensate for the damage and told me the refund would be reflected in my bank account. However, it has now been three weeks, and I have still not received the refund. I’m not sure whether it was ever processed.
Overall, the service, communication, and willingness to resolve the issue were poor and extremely slow.

公寓不提供早餐。位置还算可以，去主要景点都不太远，但是也需要坐地铁、公交或打车。
只所以选择公寓，无非是想体会一下家的感觉，可以做做饭，洗洗衣服，公寓很小，厨房设施齐全，也配备了洗衣机，但是没有洗衣液和食用油，如果想做饭和洗衣服，要自己去买，很不方便。给我们安排的房间类似于地下一层，虽然有窗，但是在地面以下。
I loved this place. The location is perfect, the neighbourhood was amazing and it's a bright, spacious, well-equipped flat.

The space was great for two people. We loved the location. So close to the tube to get wherever we wanted to go. The place was nicely decorated and for the most part very comfortable
I did not like that there was no plug in close to a mirror. The one in the bathroom was always steamed up when needed. I did not like any of the toiletries. We were given 4 coffee pods for two people for 7 days. We also ran out of toilet paper and had difficulty reaching anywhere by email.
