Important information:

Any reservation of 5 or more suites will be considered a group and therefore will be subject to specific terms and conditions depending on the group size. Please note that we do not accept parties and guests must not congregate in any individual suite.

Bookings will be subject to a security deposit of £100 when staying in a Studio Suite or a One Bedroom Suite for a maximum stay of 6 nights. A £250 deposit is required when booking a Two Bedroom Suite or any category for a stay of 7 nights or longer. The deposit can be paid in advance or upon arrival.

The deposit will be released upon departure minus any incidental damages or unpaid charges. Please note that it can take up to 7 working days for the security deposit to be credited following departure. This may take longer than 7 working days for non-UK bank cards & prepaid cards.

Supercity Aparthotels reserves the right to make any additional charges to your credit card which may not be covered by the security deposit. You will be notified by email of any additional charges.

Please note, all our properties are strictly nonsmoking and full security deposit will be retained for smoking within any of our properties; additional fees will be charged for any damages in addition to the smoking fee.

Pros:

Thanks to this hotel, I had an unforgettable time in London. The staff were very kind and helpful, and they really pay attention to details (they left me birthday wishes and a small gift, which was such a nice surprise).

The location is perfect — you can get there from the airport by a direct метро line, and many attractions are within walking distance. There are also plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

We stayed with our 1.5-year-old child, so having a kitchen was essential for us :) The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything we needed.

The area is quiet, and the plumbing and mattresses were excellent.

If we come back to London soon, we will definitely stay here again. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

The apartment does not have two beds
Cons:

The listing claims that this studio apartment is equipped with two beds (a queen and a double). That is not the case. There is ONE QUEEN bed in this apartment. The hotel provided us with an extra foldable bed that didn't even have an actual mattress. If you are looking for a property with two beds, look elsewhere.

Posizione eccellente. Earls Court collega la Piccadilly Line (Heathrow) con la Circle line. Inoltre il quartiere è residenziale e molto gradevole. Nella via principale ci sono tutti i servizi (2 supermarket)

Cons:

La branda per nostro figlio (il terzo letto). Assolutamente non adeguata al tipo di struttura e molto scomoda

Pros:

Posizione ottima a 5min dalla metropolitana. Negozi, supermercati e ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Pulizia e cortesia. Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli alla reception il giorno del check-out.

Cons:

Per tre persone con letto aggiunto l’appartamento risulta molto piccolo, se serve solo per dormire è ok. Riscaldamento centralizzato troppo alto.

Great location on a quite street but still very close and walkable to Earls Court station and high street

Pros:

El señor que nos atendió en recepción fue súper amable, un 10 para él y nos explicó todo genial. La ubicación está bien, cerca de Earls Court underground. Está bien que puedes dejar las maletas el día del check out para terminar de visitar Londres.

Cons:

El apartamento está ok, un poco old fashion, armarios desfasados y el baño y cocina deberían mejorar, de fuera parece precioso pero una vez dentro le damos un 5. Las camas pequeñas tipo queen size bed y no muy cómodas. La limpieza muy bien.

Appartamento accogliente e spazioso, situato in una zona tranquilla e vicino alla fermata della metro. Nella via principale si trovano negozi, ristoranti, supermercati. Cucina pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario, camera silenziosa. Staff disponibile e gentile, abbiamo potuto lasciare la valigia oltre l’orario di check out.

Cons:

Il lavandino del bagno è troppo piccolo e scomodo.
Il riscaldamento in camera non funzionava molto bene.
