For this price it was ok, but in general non suggested
It was noisy, smell of smoke (cigarette)
The location is great. We used Yandex services so it was easy to go everywhere.
We stayed for two nights and there were no housekeeping at all. They did not even picked up the trash inside the room.
Late checkout charged at 2000 tenge per hour.
Location good with several restaurants close by. Karaoke bar as mentioned in other comments has closed.
Beds hard, walls thin, you can hear people in the next rooms.
No fridge, a lot of warning signs in a room, bad mattress, noise outside, noise inside, deposit
wifi was decent, you can pay with card, there are basic facilities in the nearby, but all in all nothing else

1. The check-in time is 14:00, however I could not check in then because they were just starting to clean the room - at the pace of a moving glacier. Very unprofessional.
2. The daily cleaning was also very unprofessional - starting at 17:00 at the afternoon - the staff did not bother to check whether someone is in the room just entered the room without even knocking on the door. Ok, proceed with the cleaning - at the pace of paint drying on the wall - did not have the time nor the patience to wait for the slowest personal on earth so I finished the changing of the sheets myself.
3. Breakfast is at 07:30 - I went there 07:30 - an empty canteen awaited, the staff thought nobody would bother showing up that early so just started to prepare the breakfast then. Once again at the pace of a soviet factory worker who is not interested in performing at the minimum standard. Did not have the time nor the patience to wait.

8. Location - far from the centre or decent public transportation.
In overall do not recommend this place - should pay an additional 10-20k tenge and have a pleasant stay instead.
