El edificio es bonito y el apartamento es amplio y el aire acondicionado funciona bien

Cons:

No tiene insonorización con lo cual escuchas cualquier ruido de la calle y de la 3 habitaciones vecinas, hasta un estornudo se escucha . El colchón es incómodo . Es decir, es difícil tener un buen descanso
