Good stay
Pros:

The room was very large and comfortable. Nice building, beautiful but old. Location was good for us. We walked to the center plenty of times.

Cons:

Wifi is very slow and disconnects often. Our room had a kitchenette that was completely useless because it had nothing. No plates, utensils, etc. Why there is the small kitchen area if it is unusable? And the only usable feature, the mini fridge, was appallingly dirty. We had to clean it out before using.

I like the simplicity overall

I didn't like the amount of dust. They could improve the overall cleanliness, and many of the facilities and assets would benefit from polishing, maintenance, or renovation.

Comfortable clean villa in a quiet location, good breakfast and service.
Pros:

The room had a lovely view of the valley and woods and was a comfortable size with twin beds. They provided us an extra heater on request since the nights were rather cold! Breakfast had limited options but it was all very fresh and tasty. The Villa is a 5 minute ride away from the central hub of Thimpu and located in a beautiful quiet enclave. There is also a Russian cafe just down the road which has an exquisite view, great cakes, sandwiches and coffee.

Cons:

Currently some construction and repair work is going on but we were there on the weekend so Sunday was quiet!

Labai paslaugus personalas, skanūs pusryčiai ir vakarienė. Kiek toliau nuo pačio centro, bet labai patogu susistabdyti gatvėje taxi, todėl transporto problemos nebuvo. Labai arti supermaketas.

Cons:

Tuo laiku vyko kiemo tvarkymo/remonto darbai, todėl kiemelis buvo uždraytas.

It was terrible and I’d like to advise others to find some place else

Nothing except the view but that also I did not get even though I requested them for that room

Cons:

The kitchen was busy serving other guests so they refused to serve us food, they didn’t have WiFi password displayed for us to use, the food quantity was too less and also the amount I paid for was with the breakfast but they didn’t not even mention to me the timing of the breakfast and they even cut the money for breakfast that we didn’t eat at the end

Beautiful spot to relax in Thimphu
Pros:

Location is very nice. The staff was incredibly helpful. They organised a guide last minute and were accommodating. Nado makes delicious meals, try ‘Aloo Paratha’ and Shimi gave a warm welcome!

Cons:

Could use a bit of renovation or refreshment of the rooms

Pros:

All was good about the hotel...

Cons:

Unfortunately there was construction work ongoing outside my room window... The whole view was gone... And on top if that the noise of the machine breaking rocks... It was simply horrible...

Lovely stay
Pros:

Really great quality hotel. Lovely room and shower, witha good breakfast.

Cherry blossom trees and a nice view of the royal palace.

Cons:

A little outside thimphu, but only a 150 rupee taxi from city centre.

Perfect accommodation just outside Timphu
Pros:

We had a spatious room on the first floor with big windows, a seating area and sun all day. The heater was good, so we had a comfortable 3 night stay. The wifi was good, the beds were comfortable and it was quiet at night (only barking dogs every now and then). The cook is a very friendly men who prepared nice food. So we had a perfect stay.

Good.
Pros:

1) Room was spacious and beautiful view from the room.
2) Communication with the manager was excellent.

Cons:

1) There was hardly any option for the breakfast and dinner. The menu list was big, but most items were unavailable.
2) Housekeeping was ok but not satisfying all our requests.

Loved the stay. The hostess was so sweet. Even lent me her traditional gown to attend Thimpu. They went out of their way to make our stay memorable.
