I stayed here just for the onsen. It is quite small and you can only stay for 30 minutes at a time although after my first session I was informed I could just go back in after leaving.

Good position in Kemang area not far from the main services. Staff was really friendly and willing to help.
Room was clean and quiet.
The bathroom and the room in general were not so spacious, but adequate to the price paid.

The proximity is good, right in the heart of Kemang
I had booked a queen bed room but when i arrived they only had a twin bed room available.
The location was good in sense there are a lot of restaurants, staff is amazing and helpful. The onsen was good and relaxing. they have a 24 hour SPA although i was not able to slot in due to my schedule.
The breakfast had very little vegetarian options for main courses. traffic was a little bad and unpredictable getting in and out due to bottle necks and very small roads around the hotel.
the onsen is a unique added value. including the Japanese ambience. it could do with renovations and upgrades as some of the facilities do not work anymore.
cleanliness can defintely be improved.
bed was very comfortable. Clean room. When we told staff at breakfast that we were vegetarian, we were offered options and the next day, there were many more vegetarian options on the buffet.
Room service to be open a bit later than 9pm.
