Zowel bij het ontbijt als bij het diner werd rekening gehouden met mijn vegan leefstijl. Heel fijn! Verder vriendelijk personeel. Fijne, rustige ambiance. Heerlijk terras.

Pros:

La vista è semplicemente meravigliosa. Esternamente la struttura è ben tenuta. Il personale simpatico, preciso e disponibile. Molto accogliente. La struttura e le camere sono molto pulite.

Cons:

L’arredamento delle camere un po’ datato ma il gestore ci ha confermato che avevano in piano l’ammodernamento degli interni.

Non posso esprimere una vera valutazione sul soggiorno, perché non ho potuto effettivamente soggiornare: la caldaia era rotta e la comunicazione dell’hotel è stata pessima (solo una chiamata da un numero sconosciuto). All’arrivo mi sono state proposte due alternative, senza dettagli, e ho scelto un hotel a Varese, dove almeno ci siamo trovati bene. Nessun rimborso per la differenza di prezzo, giustificato con “costi aggiuntivi” mai comunicati. Davvero deludente: avevo scelto questa struttura per motivi affettivi, ma non tornerò più.

Ich würde jederzeit wieder hingehen.
Cons:

Das Hotel liegt an einem wunderschönen Ort mit Sicht auf Varese. Das Personal war warmherzig; so richtig schön, um sich wie daheim zu fühlen.
