Ingen aircondition, så voldsomt varmt, men ellers fint
Pros:

Udemærket værelse og der var rengjordt fint.

Cons:

Ingen airconditioning, så der blev forfærdeligt varmt. Vi var der på nogen varme dage, så man måtte sove i 28-29 grader.
Personalet talte stortset kun tysk, også receptionen, så det var svært at kommunikere

Ich war anfangs etwas unsicher, weil ich vor meiner Buchung einige negative Bewertungen gelesen hatte. Zum Glück habe ich mich trotzdem für das Hotel Cara Vita entschieden – und ich wurde positiv überrascht.
Ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer gebucht. Das Zimmer war zwar nicht groß, aber sehr sauber, gepflegt und gemütlich. Besonders die Sauberkeit hat mich beeindruckt, da hier wirklich alles ordentlich war.
Das Personal war freundlich und der Check-in verlief problemlos. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut, sodass man die Kölner Innenstadt bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann.
Ich kann die negativen Bewertungen aus meiner Erfahrung nicht nachvollziehen. Für den Preis erhält man ein sauberes Zimmer in guter Lage mit freundlichem Service. Ich würde jederzeit wieder hier übernachten.

Cons:

Standort war gut die Stadt ist schnell erreichbar. Servicepersonal war freundlich aber nicht dauerhaft vor Ort, das war problematisch da die Zimmer einer Katastrophe waren. Wir haben für zwei Nächte 350€ bezahlt inklusive Frühstück. Und dafür überall Schäden im Zimmer, Kalkrückstände an den Amaturen, fremde Haare am Föhn, ein Silberfisch im Bad.

Ok, wenn man die Ansprüche nicht zu hoch schraubt

Perfekte Lage, alles fußläufig zu erreichen, sehr nettes, freundliches Personal, das Frühstück war völlig in Ordnung

Cons:

Das Hotel erscheint recht abgenutzt, sparsame Ausstattung, aber ausreichend für ein-zwei Nächte, Badausstattung reduzierte sich auf einen Seifenspender, der nicht funktionierte. Sehr durchgelegene Matratze, Bettwäsche hatte Flecken

Hotel so schlecht , werde das Hotel niemehr betreten..

Cons:

Das ganze hotel gehört von oben bis unten renoviert. Trepoenhaus ist runter gekommen, voll ekekig.
Keine Klimaljage , nur einen ventilator der die warme luft herum wirbelte
,am letzten tag hieß es wenn wir 10 euro bezahlt hätten hätten sie den kühlschrank eingeschaltet.

Hotel ist für kurzen Aufenthalt zu empfehlen.Sehr einfach aber auch nicht weit in die Altstadt.
Pros:

Lage war relativ zentral. Frühstück war gut. Zimmer waren sauber, allerdings etwas älter. WC Drücker gerissen. Handtuchhaken locker. Es müssten kleine Reparaturen durchgeführt werden. Leider war es schon früh morgens laut,da Gerüst am Nachbarhaus angebracht wurde.

Cons:

Parkplätze fehlen leider komplett. Es gibt allerdings ein Parkhaus in der Nähe. Etwas teuer.
