Personal sehr freundlich, Frühstück ausreichend alles was man braucht Rührei wird frisch zubereitet, die Zimmer zweckmäßig, wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht sehr klein und die Aussicht war nicht sehr schön, was wirklich schön war das man alles Fußläufig erreichen konnte, Auto in der Tiefgarage geparkt ein paar Schritte vom Hotel entfernt, leider sind die parkgebüren extrem hoch haben für zwei Tage 55 Euro bezahlt

Pros:

Die Lage war perfekt und rechtfertigt den hohen Preis, zusätzlich waren die Betten echt bequem und es war sehr sauber!

Cons:

Es war alles sehr eng, vorallem im Stiegenhaus. Wenn Zimmer gesäubert wurden, musste man über die dreckigen Lacken steigen, außerdem war es sehr laut (kaum Schalldämmung).

Very spacious. Lovely view.
Pros:

2 separate bedrooms and living area was great to have. 5-6 people could comfortably stay here. Very spacious too. We were in the family apartment which is on the top floor. Balconies on either side, with one offering a great view of the cathedral. Especially at night. Helpful staff, even with the language barrier.

Cons:

We didn't mind it, it's just a warning to those who chose to book the same room. It is at the top of 60 stairs with no elevator. So those with mobility issues will struggle.

Pros:

Location was good.
Staff was very nice and friendly.
Early check-in at 2PM.

Cons:

Very expensive.
Black mold in shower gel.
No air conditioning.
Fridge was not working well and not cold enough.
Fixtures in the bathroom were falling apart.
Towels were old and very used.
Very noisy on the first floor.
No elevator.
Smallest blankets I ever experienced.
