Me surpreendeu positivamente. Hotel com bom custo benefício. O hotel modernizado, quarto amplo. Bem limpo mas há manchas na parede e no piso que dão a impressão de sujo. Café da manhã bom. A localização é ótima, perto de restaurante, lanchonete e do shopping Pátio Brasil.

O atendimento dos funcionários, são bons. Porém o quarto precisa de manutenção, paredes sujas e arranhadas, o papel de parede apresenta mofo, não tem proteção de acústica, dá para ouvir todos os sons do quarto ao lado, estavam hospedados um grupo de estudante que passaram a madrugada conversando o barulho foi todo para o quarto que eu estava.

Precisei trocar de quarto 2 vezes pq no primeiro a água do chuveiro não caía, no segundo quarto a água do chuveiro não esquentava… com isso perdi dois objetos meus fazendo mudança de quarto. Achei bem desagradável.

Ar condicionado antigo, difícil de configurar, além de barulhento. A porta de vidro do box não vedava direito a água, que transbordava pelo banheiro. Não havia restaurante nem lanchonete durante a noite. TV em cores muito pequena. A internet era razoável. Tinha poucos cabides.
