Pros:

Hele mooie spa kamer geboekt. Mooie ruime en schone kamer met veel kleine extra's . Ook was er een koffiezetapparaat,thee koker en koelkast op de kamer. Zelfs lagen er twee badjassen met sloffen in de kast.
Het bed lag heerlijk!
Hotel zelf was ook erg mooi, in de gang stond een rek met strijkijzers. Bovenste verdieping was het zwembad met sauna, erg mooie uitzicht over utrecht. Ontbijt was prima, genoeg keuze. Hotel zat ook op de perfecte locatie bij het treinstation en tegenover het winkelcentrum. Zeker een aanrader, zou zeker nog een keer boeken

Utrecht - den Zügen nah und mit schönem Stadt-Blick von oben!
Pros:

Gut isolierte Fenster, die Züge hört man fast nicht. Toller Blick von den oberen Etagen - unser Wunsch wurde freundlicherweise verwirklicht! Nochmal herzlichen Dank! Gute Klimaanlage. Sehr heller großzügiger Raum. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr gut garniertes Buffet! Sehr nah an der Binnenstadt und am Einkaufszentrum Hoog Catharijne. Die Gegend ist gut belebt! - Wirklich extrem gemütliche Betten!

Cons:

Etwas umständlich, von der Toilette (mit Schiebetüre) um die Sauna und das Bad zu gehen, um sich die Hände zu waschen... Aber gut machbar. Man sollte schon mit der Person sehr vertraut sein, mit der man im DZ wohnt.

Cons:

Gym had no free weights at all. Not able to do a proper workout.

Perfect location for access to transport and shops, and to old historic portions of Utrecht
Pros:

Central, comfortable, modern, clean facilities. The staff very friendly and courteous. Proximity not only to train station but to the shopping mall was great, just walk out to mall to get food, and right there to catch a train. Even though a view over train station, there was excellent noise attentuation in our 8th floor location and didnt notice any noise. Hotel staff helpful with small issue.

Cons:

Issue connecting to streaming services through TV, could not access using suggested methods offered. Not critical to our 2 night stay and staff were helpful. Was expensive but didnt realise Grand Prix was on in Amsterdam at that time.

Geweldige lokatie en heerljjke kamer
Pros:

Super centraal gelegen. Valk bij het station en de stad. Super vriendelijk personeel en goede service.
Wij hadden de Spa kamer. Mooi uitzicht vanaf de 10e verdieping en hele ruime kamer.
Het bubbelbad was heerlijk. Veel handdoeken, badjassen en slippers staan voor je klaar.
Zwembad is niet groot maar wel heerlijk.
Bedden zijn top.
Ontbijt was ook prima verzorgd. Genoeg keuze en gezellige ontbijtruimte.

Cons:

Kan niets vinden wat beter zou kunnen.
