お風呂は概ね快適
Pros:

温泉じゃない風呂だが、ジャグジー系や温度が低い風呂で長風呂ができ快適。

館内は概ね清潔。

食事は、色んなメニューが大食堂で発注でき、便利だったし、物凄くスピーディーに提供された。

チェックインは有人対応だが、アウトは無人対応で非常にスピーディーに精算できた。

Cons:

ゲルマニウム風呂は熱すぎて入れなかった、痛みを取りたくて入りたい人もいるだろうし、もう少し温度を下げてほしい。
熱湯は露天にある風呂にするべきでは？

露天にある炭酸風呂は夜は炭酸が全然感じられなかった。

入口にある掛け湯が故障していた。
人によっては流さずに風呂直行でしょうか、汚い。

宿泊した部屋の壁は汚れていた。

部屋のエアコンが壊れているのか、外気21度位で27度に設定しても冷たい風が出てくる。

部屋のTVが小さい。

多彩な食べ物メニューだがアルコールのサワー系が貧弱、甘いし美味しくなかった。

本館宿泊だったが、エレベーターが1基しかない。
休日は大混雑が予想される。

とても便利に利用が出来た
Pros:

お風呂が広くてたくさんあり
大食堂の他にも居酒屋などあり
外食する必要がなく
ずっと館内着でゆっくりと泊まる事が出来ました

Pros:

温泉♨️は、色々な体験施設で大変良かったです😊最高です😊これからもアイデアを従業員等募り、採用して頑張って下さい😊

Cons:

新館じゃあなく本館の喫煙ルームの壁紙の色やニオイがきつい感じがすると思った。セミダブルは、体系にもよるけど、きついと思った。ダブルベットに変更できたら、客に心に余裕ができると思った。勝手なこと言ってすみません。

健康ランドでゆっくり過ごす
Pros:

風呂の種類が多く、ゆっくり過ごせる。水晶風呂が温度も良く、山梨らしくて良かった。夜も静か、宿泊棟には、レンジ、製氷機、湯飲みも設置されていたので部屋飲みも出来る。

Cons:

休日だったせいか、食事時間に人が多く、混雑している。LINEが無いと食事注文が不便。
