Pros:

Writing this in August 2026, the place seems new and VERY CLEAN. The shared kitchen is clean in nice. Location is very busy, if you like having a street restaurant/bar under your first floor window. .

Cons:

The street it's on is filthy and extremely noisy. No double glazed windows.
There's no actual person there, although they consider themself a "Hotel". I almost missed the very narrow weekend working hours, (they don't answer the phone 24/7)
