accesul, privelistea, confortul; magazine la un pas distanța; Mall in apropiere; parc sportiv la 2 pași; parc cu lac în apropiere; camera cu terasă; comunicarea cu gazda a fost foarte buna - am primit cod de acces și instrucțiunile necesare/acces ușor; stație de autobuz/troleibuz foarte aproape; acces rapid la aeroport; o zonă buna pentru tot și cu tot ce e necesar;
