Leider ein verblassender Juwel. Wir kommen gern wieder.
Pros:

Wir hatten alles. Sauberkeit, Zimmerausstattung top, Aussicht auf das Salzhaus und alles zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Das Frühstück war umfangreich und das Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Zittauer Gebirge ist auch für ungeübte Wanderer zu empfehlen. Für Familien ist der Sagenpfad durch die Altstadt ein Highlight. Den Plan dazu gibt es bei der Touristeninfo. Eine Stadtführung ist auch empfehlenswert.

Cons:

Boxspringbetten mit losen Matratzen oben drauf - blöde Erfindung, aber sonst konnten wir ziemlich gut schlafen.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral . Mitten in der Altstadt . Ich hatte ein sehr großes Zimmer . Sehr gut ausgestattet.

Cons:

Es gibt leider keine hoteleigenen Parkplätze. Man muß auf dem öffentlichen Parkplatz parken. Und muß bezahlen. (9-18 Uhr )

Wunderbarer Ausgangspunkt, um Zittau zu erkunden.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum der wunderschönen Altstadt. Ich war froh, daß es einen Aufzug gab, denn das Zimmer lag ganz oben mit schöner Aussicht auf das gegenüberliegende Salzhaus, den Turm vom Rathaus und den Klosterturm. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und sehr sauber und modern. Besonders gefallen hat mir, daß es einen großen Schreibtisch mit Lampe gab und zusätzlich einen Tisch und eine Stehlampe. Und es gab das gute Leitungswasser aus einer Glaskaraffe. Über den Schuhlöffel hab ich mich auch gefreut. Das Bett war bequem und es war sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Ich hätte lieber eine Dusche als eine Badewanne gehabt.
