Pros:

I booked for 3 days based on ratings but have to cancel 2 days after reaching at hotel.

Not value for money.

1. The room is not as shown in the picture. There are only 4 executive rooms and only 2 have balcony.
2. Location is in between Panchgani and Mahabaleshwar. Taxi takes Rs.300 one way for dropping to market. Bus availability also very less.
3. No waiting area or single space for sitting near reception.
4. No common washroom available so if coming early and rooms not available before check-in time then have to go to other nearly hotels and request them to access washroom.
5. They don't provide Toothpaste, Toothbrush or shaving kit.
6. Towels were not clean properly and very rough.
7. They don't have buffet breakfast system. Only 1-2 variety and that also not good in taste.
8. Tea & Coffee was pathetic. Can't drink more than 1 sip.
9. Very limited TV channels available.
10. Very few restaurant nearby.

The only positive thing is Staff is very helpful and quick response time.
