La vue, et rien d'autre.
Pros:

Hormis la vue absolument sublime, cet hotel n'a rien de charmant, avec une déco plutôt sinistre. Mais le pire, est cette odeur de vieux bois pourri dans la chambre, dont on ne peut se débarrasser malgré une aération permanente.

Отель-сплошная беда!по приезду наше бронирование не нашли.или не захотели найти.наши дома проданы другим и нас не заселили.денег не вернули и не извинились даже.это в этом отеле норма.и все очень старое.это не 3-4 звезды а хостел 0.5 звезды.не ездите сюда!

Pros:

The renovation is overdue. Cabins were nice. We loved the cheerful colors but windows and doors need maintenance. Location was wonderful, right on the lake. Puerto Pilar is one of the very few hotels between Puerto Varas and Petrohue Waterfalls. We preferred to go for breakfast and dinner back to Puerto Varas ( more choices and more economical) .
