Mixed experience overall.
Pros:

I appreciate the staff, Mr.Bo's helpful service and recommend the Family Suite room.

There was no hot water in the King Suite (Room 207) bathroom during my stay. However, the staff responded quickly and kindly upgraded us to a Family Suite (Room 208), which had a nice pool view and was much more comfortable. I would especially like to thank Mr. Bo for his attentive support and prompt assistance in arranging the room change.

Cons:

The hotel location seems strategic, but unfortunately most food delivery apps were unable to detect the hotel location (all my online orders couldn't find the hotel).

I originally booked the King Suite (Room 207), which is located next to a café. The bed is positioned right beside the window, and noise from the café (phone sounds, movies/music, conversations, and coughing, etc.) could be clearly heard from the room.

Pros:

Chambre un peu vétuste. Je m'attendais à mieux par rapport aux photos de l'annonce. Petit déjeuner non varié et servi à table (pas de buffet) mais on est restés 2 nuits donc ce n'est pas dérangeant. Nous n'avons pas utilisé la piscine.

Bon emplacement, bon petit déjeuner

Cons:

Beaucoup de bruit à 6h du matin lorsque les femmes de ménages aussi courageuse soit elles, font beaucoup de bruit et parle très fort

A relaxing stay in a great location!
Pros:

The hotel is around the corner from a lovely eating / drinking street with every option you could want, it's close to the Royal Palace area as well the Riverside area. The pool area was kept in great shape and we enjoyed swimming every afternoon of our stay.

Cons:

Food options are limited at the hotel, and there is no evening dining, although that's understandable given Bassac Street literally around the corner. The rooms are quite basic, although modern by Cambodian standards.

De locatie is fijn, zwembad hartstikke leuk.

Cons:

De kamer was beetje versleten, geen warm water. ‘s nachts wel echt flinke herrie van een discotheek ergens in de buurt, dus oordoppen waren wel nodig.

Unfortunately, it was the dirtiest hotel I have stayed in. There were hairs on the bedding and in the bathrobes and there was also fresh blood on the pillow (which was not mine). It saddens me to leave a poor review
