My friend woke up with bed bugs on her arm and legs I didn’t but she did and went to urgent care to get treatment

Cons:

The room was dingy, extremely noisy, and small compared to what was advertised. The parking situation was ridiculous. $20+ a night for an overly full garage, and I was charged for all 7 nights up front. We ended up leaving the hotel after 1 night because it was so noisy and disgusting, and I had to come back and speak to a manager to get the 7 nights of parking refunded. It's been over a week and they still have a nearly $2000 hold on my credit card too.

The staff were exceptional

Cons:

We stayed one night in hopes of getting to sleep in before the next leg of our trip and there was loud construction like noise starting at 730 am and continuing all day. The front desk was very nice and provided free breakfast parking and late check out since we booked with a 3rd party but the noise was really disruptive

Staff were polite.Room was clean.

Cons:

Was not informed we needed to pay $20 a night for parking until AFTER we had booked a non-refundable stay.
Parking pass/ticket did not work when we tried to use it.
There was road noise from the turnpike literally below the hotel.
Lock on room door was not working properly.

Very clean and great location.

Cons:

The restaurant was not open every time we tried to eat there. Even on a Saturday , during Labor Day weekend it closed at 9pm, the bar didn’t even have any food available which was a bummer.

room was clean and spacious, but not comfortable. large bed.
