Honestly very ok - the people were amazing great staff. The facilities are just ok heat broken
Pros:

Great staff. So friendly. Front desk and service very kind and helpful people all the employees rock.

Cons:

Heating in room was broken . Had to keep fixing was too cold or too hot. Right above highway very loud. Also parking across the street additional cost was not ideal.

The location couldn’t have been better for quick access into Cambridge and Boston. Parking right on site. We like having the bar for late night.

Cons:

I can’t think of anything except maybe the charge port isn’t near the bed

It was adequate as a base, but next time, I would stay somewhere else.
Pros:

Staff were friendly, helpful, attentive.

Cons:

The hotel is built on a bridge literally on top of I-95, so the traffic noise is constant. All room views are of the freeway. All the windows are opaque with road dirt. The room was small, decorated in dark grey and dark brown, and depressing.

This hotel would not be my first choice during my next trip to Boston.

This hotel is over at Major Highway, so you hear traffic 24 hours a day, the entire hotel is in bad need of updating.
