Children below 12 years old who sleep in the existing bed will be free of charge.
Should a rollaway bed be needed, please contact hotel to arrange and it would be subject to additional charges of SGD 100++ per night.
All rooms can only accommodate only 1 baby cot, or 1 rollaway bed due to space constraints and guest safety.

Location is great, walkable to places of interest. Raffles city the mall is in the same building.
Service may take longer expected. Cost of stay is high, compared to other hotels in the same vicinity with newer building.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Lounge Zugang.
Balkon (61Stock) Richtung Marina Bay.
Lounge Zugang beinhaltet Frühstück und Abend Buffet im 65 Stock.
Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Loungezugang im 57igsten Stock. Das Frühstücksbuffet in der Lounge ist nicht so "üppig" wie am Buffet, für uns aber ausreichend, es ist vor allem viel ruhiger als im Buffet für alle und die Aussicht ist wahnsinnig.
Das Fitnesscenter ist ziemlich Basic.

Breakfast, location, view, and how my room was cleaned. Also, I was super glad a room was ready for an early check-in (12:15pm)
Sorry can’t think of one except that I would have wanted the room I got last year (May 2025), I thought I booked that one but got a smaller one instead. But that is fine. Still have a good view.

Acceptable room
TV was not working and needed technician to come and fix it. Bath tub drainage was faulty as well the water kept leaking away. Marina Bay view room was not fantastic. Lobby was a mess and crowded. No complimentary parking, does not provide parking. I will NEVER STAY here again. Not value for money. Other places are better for value. Room has a weird shape, thus the room size stated does not fit what I imagined to be.
Fantastic Location. 1 room with 2 king beds worked perfectly well for a family with 2 kids. Check in was a breeze.
Location is amazing
The high floor rooms are really high floors, giving us an incredible views on the city! Separate elevators for fhe higher floor mean shorter wait times.
Breakfast is provided kn 2 restaurant, giving enough variety for every morning.
L65 Lounge access was the BEST, giving almost 360° views on the city, during the day or evening, while enjoying coffee or free beverages. The evening 2h dinner time had more than enough variety - fruit, small snacks, salad, main courses, as well as sweets/cakes. Making the whole experience unforgettable!
