All rooms can only accommodate only 1 baby cot, or 1 rollaway bed due to space constraints and guest safety.

The view was breathtaking and the key reason why we choose the place.
The swimming pool was overcrowded, and shortage of staff to take order from our benches. It definitely failed in comparison with other high end hotels.
Check in while efficient but was definitely cold. The staff was only keen to check us in fast but wasn’t friendly or helpful. I asked if there was way to get parking complementary coupons for parking in Raffles City, the cold answer was no. What was more upsetting is that I didn’t know I could use the valet parking offered by the hotel to park my car overnight until much later which could have saved me more than $40 of parking charges.
When I shared this episode during the check out, the staff was presumably polite and pretended to jot down my feedback but my wife noticed she didn’t write anything down on her piece of paper. It was so insincere.
I have asked Four Seasons to do simple decorations to celebrate my daughter birthday last year. The cake, the balloons and decoration were outstanding, but I am not sure if I can say the same for your hotel- with some towels decorated as a cake and a cold chocolate cake to celebrate my wife birthday. I think it reveals a lot about the attitude and approach to make guest stay at your hotel a memorable one.
Unless you can convince me, I’m certainly not going back to your hotel.
