Children below 12 years old who sleep in the existing bed will be free of charge.
Should a rollaway bed be needed, please contact hotel to arrange and it would be subject to additional charges of SGD 100++ per night.
All rooms can only accommodate only 1 baby cot, or 1 rollaway bed due to space constraints and guest safety.
Children above 12 years old will be charged for the extra person charge.
Extra person charge is inclusive of a rollaway bed for room only rate and a rollaway bed plus daily breakfast for room with breakfast rate.
The name on the credit card used and passport provided for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.
As part of our commitment to maintaining our facilities, essential repair works will take place, and one of our two swimming pools will be temporarily closed from 28 February to 26 April 2026. Our circular pool (14.8m diameter and 0.4m deep) will remain available for guests. We appreciate your kind understanding.

We recently stayed at Swissôtel The Stamford Singapore and had a wonderful experience, but what happened after our stay impressed us even more. After checking out, i had realized i had accidentally left behind a jewelry box containing several personale and valuable items. I contacted the hotel feeling extremely stressed, and the team responded with incredible professionalism, kindness and honesty. Thanks to the amazing housekeeping and lost & found team, my belongings were found and safely kept for me. I am truly grateful for the care and integrity shown by the staff. This level of service says everything about the hotel and it's people. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team. You turned a very stressful situation into something i will always remember positively. Highly recommended- not only for the hotel itself, but for the exceptional people working there.

Location was superb, staff really friendly, everything was clean.
Pool staff was attentive and cleared the pool as soon as thunderstorms approached.
Lighting in the room was extremely adjustable.
When taking a shower or using the tap the water running through the pipes made a lot, really a lot, of noise. So did the neighbors' pipes. The fridge in the room wasn't fastened and didn't fit properly so it kept falling out of the cupboard when we opened the door.
USB and electrical outlets only available at one side of the bed.
Unworthy of 5 stars and the price.
We were advised 2 double beds for 2 adults and 2 children but in reality the beds are too small. I'd estimate the bed at 140 cm width and that is rather cosy for two adults.

Very over crowded in lobby and also lobby was not that big for the amount of guests very limited seating areas

チェックインから非常にスムーズで、お祝いのケーキまでご用意いただき、温かいホスピタリティに感動しました。
お部屋は広々としており、水回りも含め隅々まで清潔で、終始気持ちよく過ごすことができました。
直前に泊まったセントーサ島の4つ星ホテルでは残念に思うことが多かったのですが、こちらは期待を上回る「さすが5つ星」というクオリティです。
立地も良く、買い物や移動にも非常に便利でした。
またぜひ再訪したいと思います。
