A spacious, comfortable and exceptionally well-located hotel - we would happily stay here again.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was spacious with great amenities, which made a big difference travelling with a toddler - there was plenty of space to lay out luggage comfortably while still allowing our child to move around freely. We especially appreciated the comfortable couch and the balcony.
The location is fantastic, with direct access to Raffles City Shopping Centre, offering an excellent range of retail, dining and supermarket options right at your doorstep. The room itself had great lighting and intuitive controls, a good selection of TV channels, and convenient USB charging points.

Cons:

There were no major issues during our stay.

Room average with air conditioning only work 21 degrees. Feel sweaty and hot in the night . Terrible air conditioners.

Disappointing
Pros:

Two restaurants choice for breakfast
Good breakfast

Cons:

The adult pool was closed during our stay and we were informed only on the day of check in. Totally unacceptable and we paid the price for the city hotel with the swimming pool - very unfair and disappointing as no compensation was offered.
Only knee deep child pool was working where adults cannot swim plus it terribly smelled of chlorine.
The rooms are tiny. Not great option compared to other hotels in this price category.
The hotel claims to take care of sustainability and at the same time they put in a take away breakfast liquid yogurt in disposable carton and 200 ml juice that you need to throw away - what a waste… the yogurt leaked all over the place, very unthoughtful.

Nice Room but check local services times ahead of travel
Pros:

Room was great, the reception was not to my liking as it required the use of self check-in screens instead of traditional reception desk. Not much option for dinner other than room service as restaurant and local services mostly close by 9pm. More a business hours area and not ideal for late check-in guests, in hindsight we should have eaten before travelling to hotel.

Cons:

The queue was long for the breakfast but we and others were guided away to the sister restaurant without much choice.
