The pool closes at 10 extra cost at the restaurant a 20% service charge shouldn’t be added to my bill bill just because a party of 2 was dined in.

Uçağım otele gelişimden önceki akşam iptal edildi.2 gecelik rezervasyonumu 1 gece olarak kullandım ama otel 2 gecelik ücret aldı.uçuşuma 16 saat kala uçağım iptal ediliyor ve kansas a gelemiyorum otele bunu bildirmeme rağmen yardımcı olunmadı.
Hotel was great. Shops closed a little early.

Nunca me contesto el hotel en cuanto peticiones, tienen poco personal, personal de habla latina pocos.
I had a reservation issue with the hotel and Savannah solved my problem in 30 seconds. The reservations line couldn’t fix it, but when I contacted the hotel directly she bent over backwards and took care of everything. I’ll be back!
