Clean, nice staff including cleaning crew
Garage elevator not working regularly and no signs letting us know. Room location
Loved our check-in experience. Our person read all of the notes, recognized our anniversary and offered a complimentary breakfast. She was enthusiastic, welcoming and made us want to do another staycation at the Westin.
It would have been great had the pool bar/snack lounge been open. Given that it was Memorial Day weekend we thought it would be.
Beautiful hotel! Fantastic location. Incredibly clean, staff is friendly. Rooms are comfortable
Two bed rooms are double beds, not queens, which is not the most comfortable for a family. But that’s a small thing!
Good access to train and streetcar transportation. Plenty of eateries to choose from right on site at the shopping center in addition to room service at the hotel.
Can be pricey sometimes
Very delicious and hearty oatmeal and yogurt with fruit. Omlet was good. Service was excellent.
Pillows were uncomfortable. Wi-fi was not consistent.
员工态度好,酒店位置好,房间大,窗外景色宜人。
墙上装饰画发出响声,后来发现是墙后发动机震动导致。
Look at Location was excellent, a quick walk from my train and I would’ve loved to walk around the neighborhood more if I had more time in the morning. I did use the street car, which was a great service to get me to my car rental office.
I was in a room overlooking the road and heard every loud exhaust and car radio from below, leading me to believe the windows and/or walls are not very well insulated. Also, the room next-door was a bunch of girls having a grand old time and we’re up late and surprisingly up early as well. Also, price was a little expensive for what it is.
Prefect location!! The property was updated and will maintain. I love having the restaurant and coffee shop available. I didn’t need to leave the hotel because of all the shops and restaurants located in walking distance inside the hotel!!
I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel first day. Jessica was rude and unprofessional throughout our interaction, which immediately set a negative tone. Rita, who was supposed to be a manager, repeatedly gave the same information and failed to answer any of our actual questions. Instead of taking responsibility, she placed blame on everyone else rather than acknowledging the hotel’s lack of proper availability.
To make matters worse, we were placed in a “king-size” room, but the bed was clearly not a king, it appeared to be a queen. The room itself had a strong stale odor, making it uncomfortable to stay in. Additionally, the refrigerator did not work properly and was not cold at all.
Overall, the service and accommodations does not meet expectations, and the lack of accountability from staff made the situation even more frustrating.
I loved how helpful and kind everyone was to assist us
Cockroach problems at this hotel. Upon leaving the elevator at 7:15am on March 19th, there was a giant (3-4 in) long cockroach that someone had thankfully taken the liberty to squash in the lobby! It was not cleaned up however and gave us a big fright at 7:30 in the morning upon immediately stepping out of the elevator. There were also tiny fruit flies that came out of the room coffee maker into my coffee. Fine if you like flies with your coffee, but I don't. The check in was friendly and helpful. I probably wouldn't eat there due to the cockroach sighting and didn't try the food. The bartenders were fast and made great drinks. The man at the coffee stand in the lobby is horribly overworked and there was a line most mornigns of 10+ folks trying to get their coffees from this very (understandably) frazzled man. Made the rest of us waiting to go to meetings feel very rushed. Why have only one staff member serving coffee for an entire hotel at peak morning hours? Overall, I'd go elsewhere to stay due to the coffee flies and roach sighting, coffee wait, frazzled man, and hampton inn feel to the whole place (minus the free breakfast LOL). Stingy with bathroom amenities, just a few cotton balls (who cares), no nail files, Q tips etc. Oh there was also a choo choo train that runs close to the hotel that woke me up in the middle of both nights before 7:30 am meetings. The shower bath combo had a shower curtain instead of a glass door which I think is gross that hotels still use and a germ farm. I hardly doubt they wash them between customers and who knows what's on those curtains combined with the heat and water from the shower. Get glass doors folks! Barf
NA we didn't eat breakfast at the hotel.
