My air was not working in my room

The breakfast staff was unorganized. Didn’t keep the buffet food stocked. When food ran out they didn’t put more out till u tell them

My daughter and I have stayed at this location twice monthly over the past year and a half when we are in town for church services at Rock City Church. While one or two staff lack the service gene ( Sara or Susan) Jane has consistently provided the most exceptional customer service. Quite simply, she is the crème de la crème. She remembers us by name.
I manage a high rise condominium in Atlanta where I have my own front desk team so I appreciate and reward great service when received!
