It’s clean and the beds are comfortable..
Having to pay for uncovered and unsecured parking. This money grab will keep me from staying in the future despite this being my go-to spot when visiting the area.
The breakfast was nice and the staff were very kind.
I didn’t like having to pay for parking.
When the coworkers arrived, one room was cancelled. They blamed Booking.com, but it was on the hotel's side. The fix was to pair two coworkers in a king bed. Our boss' room didn't have AC working and they moved at 10pm. A maintenance worker gave them the master keys and said to try a specific room. This is very unprofessional and terrible security.
Quite clean. Gym is decent. Rooms are spacious.
Paid parking, no kettle in rooms, mattress too soft, half the staff is unhelpful, breakfast is limited and not great, phone in the room not working, room cleaning sometimes half done only.
Very nice hotel, decorated very well.
The ice machines was out, the rooms don't offer refrigerators or microwaves and the showers had mold, hair and was not cleaned
Hotel was nice and off the beaten path
The pictures of the room I picked showed a wall in shower which is what was needed however got here and it was a tub. The bathroom door in 307 does not close for 200 a night I would think a door would close
