The rooms and beds were very comfortable, and the location was perfect. It was right near the Connector and was surprisingly quiet for being right on Fountain Square.
A few things were inaccessible or broken while we were there. The restaurant Ingredients didn't have coffee drinks, only brewed coffee, because of a broken machine, and was closed well before 1pm as we were told. And the lower level restrooms were locked after hours even though we had room keys and were customers of the bar.

Room was old, outdated, bed was really old and uncomfortable, bathroom dirty and the ceiling was falling down. Just gross
Everything was good but booking customer service was very bad
The location was great. It was close to the fountain square. Also walking distance to the Great American Ballpark.
The facility needs a major upgrade. The first room we had the shower felt like it would sink in. Once we started the shower a mildew and sewage smell came from the bathroom. Water was leaking on the floor from the shower. It was a mess. The friendly staff moved us to a new room right away. It’s time for the Westin to invest in a major renovation.
This stay was a great location in downtown Cincinnati. The facility was very secure and the staff was great! Especially the front desk and our Valet during our stay was Logan G. He was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure me and my family felt comfortable staying at the Westin this past weekend!
Staff was very nice
Usually everything is good,this time there were some issues,
toilet seem to be leaking, refrigerator wasn't keeping my drinks cold,ice machine wasn't working,had to go to another floor, WiFi wasn't working, room temperature was working 😕
