Visiting for a college tour. Hotel was perfect for experiencing Cincinnati

Very good location and very comfortable room. Modern Bathroom. Enjoyed my overall stay.
Pros:

Beds were very comfortable. Beautiful view of the Park and Fountain. Shower was excellent. Plenty of hot water.

Cons:

Television was dated and small. Could be upgraded to newer technology.

I truly feel this is a 5 star hotel based on my stay.
Pros:

It was centrally located such that all major events and restaurants were within walking distance.

Cons:

Coffee was hard to come by. There was a Starbucks in the building near the lobby but the equipment was not working.

It was hell!!!
Pros:

OUR ROOM WAS SO HOT 80 degrees up to 82 degrees! The AIR DID NOT WORK AT ALL!!! I have never been so damn hot!!! The hotel need to upgrade! The vents were dirty per usual!! They couldn’t transfer to another room due to opening day!! I am so mad we paid for this hotel!!! I literally had to prop our room door open!! So ghetto
