True Eloise experience!

My best friend and I came to NY for a girls weekend and started our amazing adventure with afternoon tea at the Plaza! Neither of us had been before and it was an incredible experience. First, Fariz took exceptional care of us and made us feel incredibly special. He was kind and thoughtful. The food was incredible. It was such a special experience for us. Thank you, Fariz!

Afternoon tea at the plaza
Pros:

We came to celebrate my daughter’s birthday with afternoon tea. Fariz was our server and was very pleasant and accommodating. He took the time to take (quite a few) photos for us to commemorate our afternoon. Couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Perfect base in the city.
Pros:

Great family few days in the plaza.
Adjoining rooms made it easy for grandkids and adults.
All staff were excellent.
Facilities in a traditional landmark hotel were as expected.

Special mention to Tony the bellman and Walid the porter.
Great characters and good with our spirited grandkids .

Afternoon Tea March 2026
Pros:

Shalim was a wonderful server. Bonus birthday dessert - not that we needed it, there was so much food with the afternoon tea.

Didn’t care for a few of the items but overall so special and the atmosphere was great.

Outstanding Service!
Pros:

My mom and I had the most wonderful afternoon tea at the Palm Court. Porfirio Cortes was our server and he was beyond outstanding. He was kind, attentive, friendly and did everything he could to ensure we had a pleasant experience. We really enjoyed meeting Porfirio and can't say enough positive things about our service.
