Porifirio and Stanley made my niece’s birthday breakfast a wonderful experience!

Wow what can I say…. the food AMAZING and the service FANTASTIC!

We were looked after by Fariz, what a lovely gentleman, who made us feel so welcome and really went above and beyond. Keeping us topped up with tea, water and champagne. Making friendly conversation whilst not being intrusive, allowing us to enjoy our high tea.

The afternoon tea was superb (we chose The Plaza Signature Tea), the attention to detail, flavours and aromas were something I have never experienced. All delicates are truly home made. Try their specially brewed tea, it’s lovely!

Fariz brought out a Plaza chocolate moose cake for my partners birthday. Thank you for making a birthday celebration really special.

My daughter and I just had the most lovely afternoon at the Plaza. Pofirio Cortez was our server and he was just so warm and kind to us. He made my daughter's birthday celebration tea a perfect t experience and we appreciate Mr. Cortez so much. We hope to visit next time we're in town and see him again!

Visited the bar for drinks on Tuesday night and we was served by a lovely man called Russell.
Just wanted to say thank you for your excellent service and for making us feel welcome.
He went out his way to make sure we had a lovely time and even bought out a celebration cake for our engagement which was so kind.

We chose to celebrate the 50th anniversary of our first date at the Plaza specifically since that's where we spent our wedding night 6 months later. It was lavishly decorated for Valentines Day which made it even more beautiful than usual. The accommodations were beautiful as well. All the staff were attentive and gracious. Aya Z, our guest experience coordinator, went above beyond by greeting us with a complimentary bottle of champagne upon our arrival and decorating our room with a romantic surprise. She helped make our special occasion even more memorable!

We stayed at The Plaza Hotel from 9th–12th February 2026 to celebrate our daughter’s 13th birthday — and what a magical few days it turned out to be.

I’ll be honest, before arriving we were slightly apprehensive. After watching a handful of negative YouTube reviews, we almost changed hotels at the last minute. But we had always dreamed of staying in this iconic landmark — a place that’s played a starring role in classics like Home Alone 2: Lost in New York and Crocodile Dundee — and we decided to experience it for ourselves.

And wow… are we glad we did.

From the moment we arrived, everything felt special. We stayed in a stunning Edwardian Suite on the 14th floor (Room 1439), and it was simply beautiful. The space was huge, elegant, and luxurious — and the bath was enormous, which made it even more perfect for a birthday stay. Every detail felt refined, timeless, and worthy of the building’s incredible history.

It truly reminded us that sometimes you have to trust your own experience. Other people’s opinions can be misleading, and if we’d listened to the noise, we would have missed out on something unforgettable.

If you ever get the opportunity to stay here, take it. We cannot recommend it highly enough.

We visited Palm Court at The Plaza for breakfast on my husbands 40th birthday. We had a lovely experience. Our server Porfirio was very attentive and ensured we had everything we needed.

An NYC icon. My 7-year-old daughter and I came to the Palm Court for afternoon tea - and it’s just delightful. Elegant, relaxing, beautiful. Our server Shalim was kind and attentive. Truly an experience we won’t soon forget!

The Plaza Hotel offers a classic New York luxury experience. The location right by Central Park makes everything easy to explore. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, and the staff makes you feel welcome from the moment you arrive.

Shalim was a great server. Food was great. Tea was great. Will be back!

The service by Syed Islam was incredible he was very nice, friendly and make this experience very special for us.

We had an LOVEly experience on Valentine's Day thanks to our extremely attentive, courteous, & professional server Porfirio Cortes! The historic glass ceiling was beautiful, as was the presentation of the delectable bites!

We had beautiful afternoon tea service at the iconic Plaza Hotel. Absolutely stunning hotel and my kids loved doing Eloise tea. Our the service was amazing! Our servers were Khalid and Porfirio, who went above and beyond! They made sure our kids enjoyed every moment and made the experience extra special. My daughter told me it was the highlight of her day and was grateful for the experience. Great food, beautiful atmosphere and amazing service! Highly recommend!
