Fantastisk hotell
Pros:

Fantastisk hotell med fremragende fasiliteter og enestående personalet som gir meget god personlig service. Flott bassengområde med sauna. Romslige rom, meget rene. Svært god frokost. Sentral beliggenget i downtown Calgary. Inngang til + 15 Skywalk fra hotellet som gjorde det enkelt å komme seg tørrskodd rundt i byen tross nedbør.

Cons:

Ingenting kunne vært bedre. Vi måtte vente på frokosten da vi bestilte fra meny en morgen, men vi fikk vært god oppfølging og prisavslag da vi måtte vente.

Perfekt!
Pros:

Super! Sehr netter Empfang, alle Mitarbeiter stets freundlich und fleißig.
Schönes Zimmer, bequeme Betten, sehr gutes Frühstück.
Aber das Beste war der Pool und die Sauna in der obersten Etage. Perfekt, wenn man Jetlag hat und schon gegen 06:00 Uhr schwimmen und saunieren möchte.

Perfect, weather cooperated and we had great time walking around each day.
Pros:

The location was good. We weren't far from anything. Close to the river for walking around, close to restaurants, we liked the location

Nice hotel, great location, needs facelift

Location excellent, staff friendly

Cons:

We had a junior suite at $1000.00 a night that met our needs but the hallways are shameful, what one would see in a 1-2 star hotel. The walls framing the elevators are disgusting and carpets old and dirty looking. A simple can of paint and upgrading carpets would make the world of difference. See pics attached

Nice stay, very noisy room.
Pros:

The location is great, as well as the amenities

Cons:

My room was connected to another room, and I could hear everything from the adjacent room, the other guest was talking loud at 12:00 am, ap I could not sleep.

A short but comfortable stay
Pros:

This hotel is well situated downtown and is clean, comfortable and welcoming. Rooms are well equipped and sizeable.
