A quick overnight stay
Pros:

Very helpful staff and the location was ideal for walking and getting a vibe of the city. Shops, restaurants, parks were all close by.

Mitigée, heureusement y'a cette piscine
Pros:

La piscine rénovée est magnifique.
L hotel a un accès direct au réseau +15

Cons:

La chambre n' était pas isolée du bruit de l' ascenseur.
Le mode de calcul des taxes a changé entre ma réservation et le paiement, au check out la personne de l' accueil m'a dit que j' allais avoir un refund de la différence car le hôtel appliquait le prix total annoncé par booking. Je n'ai jamais eu le remboursement malgré mes relances.

Very comfortable rooms and lovely indoor rooftop swimming pool in downtown
Pros:

The Westin Calgary was a great option to stay overnight when coming from Banff prior to leaving Canada. Staff was welcoming and very helpful with great recommendations. We had dinner in one of the restaurants within the hotel and food was really good and healthy options, and super lovely staff. Good breakfast included.
The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Best bed we have had in Canada (not too soft). The indoor swimming pool in the rooftop is a great bonus. There was an easy option for paying parking.

Comfortable but pricey with all the extra fees
