Cons:

The price! I paid 49 for parking with the total bill over 400. Definitely will shop around next time.

Outstanding customer service!
Pros:

Our stay was excellent from start to finish - the woman who checked us in, Bless, was professional, friendly and extremely conscientious. She touched base with us to ensure our accommodations were good, and that we had everything we needed to make our trip comfortable and enjoyable. She was a pleasure to work with and she clearly cares about her guests. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Calgary!

We stayed overnight because we have to renew the passports of my children. Our stay was great
Pros:

The front desk - Louise was very accommodating. She did not make us wait for long because we came a little early. We only waited for about 5 mins because the room is not yet ready.
