Comfortable, clean and friendly staff
Pros:

The location is perfect! A lot of restaurants within walking distance. Underground parking was great. The breakfast was wonderful!

Convenient, clean, and comfy
Pros:

The location was great. Right in downtown. I paid extra $30 to park the car underground, that was decent. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. Checkout was automatic (so if you go outside in the morning, you cannot get back to the room with your card key, which we learned in hard way). Only reason I’m not putting 10 out of 10 is only because I’ve been to other amazing places. But this hotel has nothing bad to say. I’d love to stay here again.

Cons:

Nothing. It’s a good hotel.

Outstanding customer service!
Pros:

Our stay was excellent from start to finish - the woman who checked us in, Bless, was professional, friendly and extremely conscientious. She touched base with us to ensure our accommodations were good, and that we had everything we needed to make our trip comfortable and enjoyable. She was a pleasure to work with and she clearly cares about her guests. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Calgary!
