Exceptional Event Experience at the Westin South Coast Plaza – Highly Recommend
Pros:

We recently hosted an event at the Westin and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. Ernesto and his team were incredible to work with. Communication was smooth, the planning process felt easy, and everything came together exactly as we had hoped.

On the day of the event, the setup was picture perfect. The Waterfall Terrace created a beautiful atmosphere that our guests could not stop talking about. It truly elevated the entire experience and made the evening feel special and memorable.

The service was just as impressive. Our server was professional, attentive, and made sure everything ran seamlessly throughout the event. The food was excellent as well, with great presentation and quality across the board.

If you are considering a venue for a corporate gathering, networking mixer, or special event, I highly recommend the Westin. The combination of a stunning setting, high quality service, and a team that genuinely cares about your event’s success makes it an easy choice.

Good value, clean, peaceful good location

It was quiet and not resort like so peaceful

It would have been nice to be able to get drinks and food round the pool but there was no service the while week

Its Solid and Convenient
Pros:

The rooms were clean, the service was great, but I would question the cost of anything at the bar like almost USD$30 for two beers, and heaven forbid you try to organise a burger and a beer through room service and find out by the time service fees, taxes etc kick in its over USD$100 ....

Nice hotel; gym in need of new equipment
Pros:

Comfortable beds, the best in the hotel industry for their Westin heavenly beds! The gym is in serious need for new equipment. As a business hotel fitness is extremely important to most professionals. Please update your equipment!

Great stay
Pros:

The valet parking rate is normal and they are so nice and helpful. The reception guys are amazing so nice. The rooms are big , breakfast is very good. So nice to sit outside and hear the water.

when check out they took the key but did not let us know that I have to use the key to open the gate. I got stuck and come back to get the qr code. but it didnt work I have to call in and they told me to go back but I said can they just open for me. finally they open for me. this is the part I dont like.
