Excellent location in downtown Toronto. We received a complimentary upgrade to a room with a great view of the CN Tower, which was a nice surprise. The hotel is older but has been tastefully renovated, with a particularly attractive and modern lobby. Staff were generally very friendly and helpful. The pool area also looked very nice, although unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to use it.

Cons:

Room cleanliness could have been better, especially for a hotel in this category.

Our main complaint concerned the bell staff. We asked to have our luggage stored after checkout, but when collecting it, the bellman insisted on bringing it to our car despite my preference to handle it myself. There was then an apparent expectation of a tip for a service we hadn’t requested. Guests should be able to use luggage storage without feeling pressured into additional assistance or tipping.

Chambre grande, belle salle de bain.

Cons:

Le canapé lit qui est indigne d'un établissement de luxe.....matelas complètement defoncé, on sentait tous les ressorts. Le personnel a qui nous du demander 3 fois pour que le canapé lit soit installé en lit .

Pros:

Absolutely everything was stunning!! The location is perfect, easy to walk around to the main attractions, the room was spacious and very clean. The reception staff was very kind and helpful so they made our stay incredible. The view from the 27th floor (even numbers) is to dye for. Couldn’t recommend it enough!!

Well I phoned to ask is we could be 15 minutes late for the chrckout and she said that's certainly okay, but at exactly 11 am sharp all the water got shut off and my partner was in the midst of her shower. Not so great.
Otherwise best stay i've had in a long time. Room 3018
