Between our room, dinner, breakfast, and price to park the car, we spent $1000 for one night. It’s too much.

Pool and room
It was recently renovated, nice and spacious room, nice view, staff was friendly and helpful!
One of the towels was dirty (had some red/pink spots on it) and during the night I could hear loud noises from doors banging, which woke me up a few times.
I appreciated the staff's positive attitude and the cleanliness.
We paid for wifi and only had access for the fist time we used it for 10 minutes after that, the wifi connection didn't work with none of our electronics for the rest of our stay. Hotel room is way too cold, wifi connection not stable and no 24h room service... Not worth the 700$ amount for one night.
It's close to the Rogers center.
Our kids both have allergies and they couldn't offer us a pet free room, instead they offered us a "deep cleaned room". The shower had grime and first build up, rice was on the ottoman at the foot of the bed and an alarm went off our first night and it scared our kids. It was loud and if it wasn't an emergency where we had to evacuate, I don't understand why it couldn't have been turned off.
It's great that the hotel allows pets but I feel like they should designate some rooms where pets are not able to stay in. Our kids were sneezing and required allergy medicine, my son's asthma was acting up.

L’hôtel est très mal insonorisé : lorsqu’on est en chambre les bruits de la rue ainsi que ceux des chambres voisines sont parfaitement audibles…le buffet de l’hôtel (dîner et petit déjeuner) ne sont pas à la hauteur de l’établissement : peu de choix et qualité de la nourriture moyenne.
Toronto is an amazing city! The location is good and the rooms are spacious. We booked a suite and a regular room. Suite is comfortable with a large sofa and 2 chairs. Beds are large and comfortable. However, rooms can use a renovation. There is a pool which is nice when you travel with kids or just want to relax after a warm day.
We requested for a connecting room or 2 rooms near to each other or at least on the same floor. Even though we booked months in advance, we were allocated 1 room on the 8th floor near the elevator and 1 room on the 15th floor all the way at the end of the hallway. Carpeted rooms so I would have expected slippers. No lock on bathroom door! And rooms could be cleaned better as there were still hairs from the previous guest in the shower and dust on the furniture.
