Dust in Wardrobe
Comfortable bed, high flow shower.
The hotel room was quite outdated and dark, even with all the lights on. For the price you pay, the facilities for a king room are quite limited. No water in the room, no notebook and pen, cheap coffee machine, coffee not replenished every day. One day the room wasn't cleaned.
Great view - I was in 1806. Room was fine - nothing special, but fine.
Noise in the hallway Friday night - but it was from asshole guests, not the hotel's fault.
I stayed at the Hilton Toronto last weekend and I honestly can’t stop thinking about how amazing the experience was. From the second I arrived, everything just felt easy, welcoming, and genuinely special.
Peter Chung, the doorman, was the first person I met and he immediately made me feel so welcomed. It seems like a small thing, but that first interaction really set the tone for the whole weekend.
Check-in was smooth and friendly thanks to Susana Costa and Garrick at the front desk. They were warm, professional, and made everything feel effortless. Daniela Alhanova, the Assistant Front Office Manager, went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. You can tell she really cares about guest experience.
I also want to recognize Jon Padley (Complex Director of Revenue). The overall organization and smoothness of the stay reflects strong leadership behind the scenes.
I felt completely comfortable the entire weekend, and that’s thanks to the amazing safety team. Hamid Sharif Mohiuddin (Security Supervisor) and Julian Kearney (Complex Director of Safety & Security) were both professional and reassuring. It’s clear they take their roles seriously, and it doesn’t go unnoticed.
The Executive Lounge was another highlight. Elena Amdegiorgis was absolutely wonderful — so kind and attentive. She made the lounge feel personal and welcoming instead of just another hotel space.
Dinner at Frenchy was incredible. Abhik Saha and Kevin Chui were fantastic servers — attentive without being overbearing, knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely friendly. And Chef Joseph Man, along with the entire culinary team, deserves so much credit. Every dish was beautifully prepared and honestly some of the best food I’ve had at a hotel.
What made this stay special wasn’t just the location or the amenities — it was the people. Every single person I interacted with made me feel valued. That kind of service can’t be faked, and it made my weekend unforgettable.
I’ll absolutely be back. Thank you to the entire Hilton Toronto team for such a memorable stay.

Très bien situé
The bed is very comfortable. Hotel is renovated, very clean and connected. Everything is around! We really enjoyed our stay.
The location was excellent. Pool was nice
No wifi, couldn't watch tv without wifi/logging into a streaming service. Didn't know there was complementary water until check out.

Before my trip to Toronto I was hesitating which hotel to choose. Most of the high brand hotels are situated in the same area and are quite close to each other.
However, Hilton! Classic, elegant, respectful!
Excellent personalized service, digital check in/out, possibility to self assign your room, complementary digital key and much more are at your disposal, if you are a member!
The room was spacious, with a very comfortable sitting area. My self assigned room was situated on a high floor, facing the Four Seasons Centre for the Performing Arts, which was one of the main places for me to visit.
The must visit attractions are within a walking distance or a short drive. The hotel is connected to the PATH, what is also very convenient.
La piscine!!! La chambre propre et spacieuse. Le service attentionné.
Dear Hilton Hotel Toronto, We had a wonderful stay at your hotel during Christmas. Dec. 23-26th 2025. This is our 2nd Christmas staying with you all. From the moment we arrived, the staff was outstanding—excellent, helpful, kind, and incredibly considerate. Every interaction felt thoughtful and welcoming, which really made the holiday stay feel special. Thank you so much Mr. Sarfaraz and Ms. Bali, and all front desk staff, and concierge staff. The hotel was immaculate and clean and just beaming with joy with all the beautiful Christmas decor. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and immaculate.
Excellent Excellent Excellent
The breakfast service at the restaurant was equally impressive. The Frenchie restaurant fresh baked croissants and cappucino are outstanding. (The buffet food could be refilled faster, it takes a while to get refilled) The waiter staff, most notably Mr. Ali was attentive, friendly, and very detail-oriented—they noticed everything and made sure nothing was missed. Their care and professionalism truly stood out. Overall, this hotel delivered an exceptional experience, and we would absolutely stay here again.
