Dirty quilt was dirty
Pros:

This location it has nice entrance but the rooms are not clean the first night our blanket was dirty very disgusting it looks like shi… was there I call the manager of the housekeeping she was very nice and told me she was going to take care that night for us and I ask her to change my room we got change, the second room had hair all over the bathroom floor I came back to the hotel late I just left it like that but I will never come back here when you paying for a higher hotel you paying for clean room and place very disappointed.

I love room service
I love how high the building was and the view was awesome! Staff members are friendly and very knowledgeable about the hotel.

Great location
Pros:

This is a beautiful hotel and the location is perfect. Everything is close by.
I ate in the Cafe and the breakfast buffet as well as the menu are both excellent.
McKenzie in valet was so friendly and helpful. Zach at check in was very welcoming and professional.
I would definitely stay here again.

It was fabulous.
Pros:

We spent our wedding night. It was phenomenal. The views of the skyline were amazing. The room was clean and the temperature was just right. The front desk and the customer service staff were great. I would definitely stay again.
