View out the window
The fabulous view! The overall atmosphere was amazing!
On my floor a family fight or argument occurred which was alarming for myself and my infant granddaughter. The bed was not as comfortable as I expected and the bathroom is outdated with the hard to operate shower doors which is super heavy glass doors. The elevator was horrible to operate not only for myself but other guests as well.
Website does not say that the top viewing floor costs $15 to see. Coffee is terrible.
Convenient location, Lobby is pretty
Bathrooms were not clean, there was mold on tile floors. Kept hearing a metal clanging noise above the hotel so it made it difficult to sleep. Valet parking was seriously overpriced, the parking staff ripped the bumper of my car since its a low vehicle and I'm guessing they parked over the parking bump. The shower temp was hard to control, there seems to be a problem with the valve. The door to the room needs to be readjusted, it sticks and you have to pull on it to make sure it closes.
The view was amazing and proximity to everything was in close walking distance.
The bar area would not let us use one of the table to eat outside food. Also the areas outside of the hotel had lots of sketchy people hanging around.
The staff were super friendly!!
The bathroom was warm. The felt dated, but we were in a handicapped accessible room so that may be a different set up than other rooms.
Everything was great
Loud neighbors using vulgar language woke us up
Easy to navigate
Cost to park was a bit high
Overall the experience was great!
I want to point out 2 employees who made a big difference.
Your cafe staff member “Izzy” Hispanic gentleman was absolutely amazing and made us feel welcomed. He greeted us with a warm smile. This was one of the few the smiles we received from your hotel staff.
Blare from the reception area was very helpful and kind as well. She recommended a great Italian restaurant and helped us identify what is walking distance. The GA was a small safe walk. The State Farm and Mercedes stadium are walkable distance as well.

I didn’t like that I paid extra for a skyview room and because I booked through booking they didn’t have one available for me
