Perfect location, the view is amazing!
Pros:

Perfect location for a staycation. The city view is beautiful. Made reservation at the Sundial restaurant that sits on the highest floor of the hotel and enjoyed every moment.

Cons:

Housekeeping didn’t come to clean my room. I had to call them.

It was okay.

We were supposed to have the skyview and it was on the far right side and didn’t see a good view like our son had. Disappointing

The Westin Hotel stands out as the epitome of exceptional hospitality. My suite was immaculate, and I extend my sincere gratitude to Debbie for her exceptional service. Her customer service was truly remarkable, characterized by her kindness, politeness, and willingness to go above and beyond for me as an ambassador elite member. The hotel itself was aesthetically pleasing, and we were fortunate to be accommodated on the 69th floor, which offered breathtaking views of the cityscape at night. I have no reservations and eagerly anticipate returning to this esteemed establishment in the near future.

Good staff, not comfortable rooms.
Pros:

The staff there was amazing. It looks dated and overpriced for what you get.

Cons:

The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. The carpet and walls were not up-to-date. Tears in the carpet walls were missing paint and holes. The place needs to be updated.
