Trato rudo del personal en el lobby en espacial un chico alto, moreno con rastas. El mobiliario y las alfombras de los pasillos y de las habitaciones se ven muy desgastadas. Las escaleras eléctricas para accesar al lobby desde el área del parking están taaaaaaaan sucias que parece que estas entrando a una estación del metro o pudiera ser, que las escaleras de la estación del metro estén mucho más limpias. No parece un hotel categoría Westin.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience regarding my recent reservation at The Westin. Unfortunately, I did not even get the opportunity to stay at the hotel due to issues that should have been clearly communicated in advance.
Upon arrival, I discovered that valet parking was full, and there were no alternative parking options readily available. Nowhere in the booking process or hotel listing did it clearly state that parking would be limited, valet-only, or that additional fees would apply for parking. This lack of transparency put me in a very difficult situation and ultimately forced me to cancel my reservation.
To make matters worse, despite the circumstances being completely out of my control, I was still charged a cancellation fee. I find this extremely unfair and frustrating, especially given that the issue stemmed from inadequate disclosure on the hotel’s part.
As a guest, I expect clear and accurate information when making a reservation so I can plan accordingly. Proper notice about parking limitations and fees would have influenced my decision to book this property in the first place.
Overall, this experience has left me very dissatisfied. I strongly encourage The Westin to improve transparency regarding parking policies and reconsider how situations like this are handled, especially when guests are inconvenienced due to a lack of clear communication. The staff also needs to be educated on how to properly communicate to your customers. I received several different responses in the process of trying to find parking. No one knew where parking was available and was surprised when I had to inform them that the valet was full for the hotel that is very unprofessional to not know of the situation that is preventing your customer from properly checking into your hotel! This has destroyed any chances of me trying to stay at the hotel in the future. I’m hoping they make adequate adjustment’s going forward for the customers.
