que no atendieron mi solicitud de reservacion, les mande correo y puse mensaje en la aplicacion y nada, llegue a recepcion y me hicieron el cargo completo sin preguntar nada

We had an amazing time
Pros:

I loved everything about it the room was beautiful and clean with a walk in shower with two showers heads. Those big luxury square head and the other one you hold in your hand. We were up on the 20th floor with a view facing Houston North side it was beautiful. Destination was great connected to the Galleria Mall and a host of restaurants all around us.

Cons:

What I didn’t like was the parking, it’s free but it’s hard to find parking spots and valet parking runs 52 dollars over night. The towel was hard and I expected a place like that to have soft towels when I dry myself off after enjoying their amazing shower heads.
