ETABLISSEMENT SUPERBE, chambres slendides, personnellement j'ai pris la vue sur le parlement et je ne l'ai pas regretté. Le personnel est particulièrement agreable et facilitant.
La piscine fait un peu piscine municipale, ne pas se fier aux photos, et le room service est EXTREMEMENT CHER, j'ai payé 57 EUROS (pas dollars cnd) pour 2 gateaux au chocolats.
I love the Westin and have stayed here many times. Conveniently located only 25 minutes from the airport, across the street from Rideau Canal, connected to the Rideau Centre mall and within walking distance from Parliament and many of Ottawa's tourist attractions. Rooms are clean, updated and quite comfortable. You can even get rooms with a view of Parliament. Underground paid parking, nice restaurant and quick snack area as well.

It’s a beautiful facility very comfortable. The pool Jacuzzi and sauna were excellent.

Odeur de moisissure dans la chambre.. l'hotel a été avisé à plusieurs reprises.. ont utislié des produits nettoyants mais l'odeur a persisté.

Chambre spacieuse calme et propre avec une belle vue sur la ville. Hôtel en communication avec le centre commercial le rideau.
Le red parking du centre commercial est de 33 euros par 24 heures MAIS impossibilité de sortir pendant la période (sinon 22 euros pour 3 heures…) ce qui ne nous a pas été renseigné à l’accueil de l’hôtel. Seul bémol du séjour.
L'emplacement,le gym et la piscine. Le petit-déjeuner quand on a eu le droit de le prendre...
L'odeur incrustée de tabac dans la chambre.
La mauvaise foi au petit-déjeuner prétextant que notre arrivée à 9h00 ne nous permettait pas de le prendre. Soit disant nous avions été averti que ce jour le déjeuner s'arrêtait à 9h!!! Jamais vu ça dans aucun hôtel autour du monde... surtout quand on l'a payé d'avance...
