A brief overnight stay. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot.

Cons:

The long line at check-in. Unless a guest has a Bonvoy account it is necessary to pay for WIFI.

Pros:

Very comfortable room and bed. Friendly staff. Modern entertainment system that allowed you to stream multiple apps (not just the standard one)

Cons:

For the Westin brand and the price, I expected more.
-High pile carpeting makes it very difficult to roll your suitcase(s) to your room. Really a strange choice for an airport hotel.
-Room service menu: it's only a fraction of what is offered at the downstairs restaurant. And it's only the healthy portion of the menu like bowls, salads. If you want something like a steak or pasta, you can't get it through room service. Why?
-Timing of housekeeping: why would you let housekeeping knock on hotel room doors as early as 9:30am when checkout isn't until noon? Is there no internal communication on which guests have checked out and which haven't?

Catastrophic
Cons:

Hotel overbooked our room. No beds available, even with a confirmed room from weeks ago. I was directly told by the front desk that this happens all the time because they guarantee a room, not a bed. This would be laughable if it wasnt 2 in the morning in Chicago with no car and no alternative. No compensation. Still had to pay for the room I could not use. Unbelievable.

Would definitely stay again!
Pros:

Room was so clean and the beds were very comfortable. Bathroom had all the amenities and was had plenty of towels. Hotel was in walking distance to many shops and restaurants.

Cons:

Parking fee was kinda high but overall comparable to other hotels. It was secure parking though.
