We were looking forward to our stay but it was a disappointment due to the aforementioned comments.

Cons:

Lobby is beautiful. Room was okay BUT the heater was VERY noisy and the “grill” was filthy. The bathroom shower only worked by pulling the hot/cold handle out vs the normal “pull up” on the spigot.
Tried to valet vehicle and was told do to the race/parade unless I wanted to be blocked in for 6 hours due to where the Omni William Penn parks the cars I had to self park which meant when checking out we had to haul our luggage almost 3 blocks and then a few hundred yards through the parking garage.

Pros:

Beautiful historic hotel with walk ability to nearby concert and event centers! Many excellent restaurants nearby. The hotel staff were very accommodating! Enjoyed a delicious breakfast in The Terrace Room. Definitely will stay again!
