Pros:

The location of the hotel is excellent. I see a bit of a problem that the hotel presents itself as a 4star+ but in reality it is an older hotel.
The rooms are large and comfortable. The noise from other rooms is minimal, but from the street it is more intense.
What was inconvenient for me was turning on the lighting, where each lamp has to be turned off and on separately.
Clean towels and replenished cosmetics every day.
Paid WIFI. I was unable to get to the free wifi in the hotel after registration.

The restaurant is better than average, but good breakfast and friendly staff. The cafe in the hotel is very pleasant with a wide selection.

The architect was amazing & the staff was exceptionally polite and friendly. Although very expensive, the food in the restaurants was delicious.

Cons:

The toliets in the room are very low. I have arthritis in both knees and found it difficult to sit.
