- Location good, not next to anything but close to everything incl. train station for local trains (e.g. Rabat, not the ones to Tanger and Marrakesh thats a short taxi or tram ride)
- Room clean and spacious
- Breakfast for the price very simple and small, quality was good but for Mariott a bit of a let down
- Free Wifi not suitable for work, outlook works but e.g. Teams is blocked
- No checkout evening before possible
The fact that even if i didn't stay at the property thy took good care of me! Gevz me hot Milk and also helped me get out securely after i told them i couldn't afford to stay just for one night due to the price.

Off the bat, Amina, Ilias, Wadia, Rihb and Abdou were stand outs at this hotel. Having had the opportunity to stay at many of these cookie cutter chain hotels, as well as smaller boutique properties, across multiple containers, beyond the standard high thread count sheets, comfortable beds and other in room accessories, it's really the people of a hotel that make or break a hotel experience. And how they perform when there is a problem or a set back. In addition to the folks mentioned above, Karima and the staff at the reception, house keeping and restaurant staff, everything else about the hotel was....well like any other hotel. Marriott keep an eye on the details! It's why your customers keep coming back. When that slips, you will lose even the most die hard loyalist like me
We were guests of the hotel for 3 nights. Arrangements were made through our agent Odynovo.
The hotel is very well-located in an area in which we felt safe. It's a high-rise hotel and has a strong western feel about it with amenities to match. After 2 1/2 weeks travelling in Morocco and staying in many beautiful riads and unique hotels, it felt soulless, but this is what western style chain hotels look like.
We were in a superior city view king. The room was very clean and housekeeping was good. It was very quiet.
The front desk, concierge reception, and door people were outstanding. They accommodated every request and then some. I brought a hair straightener that required an adapter that the hotel did not have. Staff offered to run to the market and souks to locate one. Lovely people.
We ate in the main floor restaurant multiple times for breakfast, lunch and drinks. The food was nothing exceptional, but it was fine. The manager, a woman, seemed to run an efficient and gracious operation.
We also ate at the steakhouse. Calling it a steakhouse is a bit of a stretch coming from Canada, where we know beef, but it was fine. We chose it because we were getting on an international flight within hours and wanted to eat food that we thought would agree with us.
This is a very good choice for Casablanca and I recommend.
