Fresh towels and linens can be exchanged at the front desk at any time for a small fee.

Please note that early check-in and late check-out are available at an additional cost of USD 10, subject to the availability of the same room category.

Smoking is allowed in designated areas. For non-compliance, a USD 250 violation fee is strictly enforced.

Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of USD 25 per day for the first 6 nights, and USD 15 per day thereafter. An unauthorised pet will incur an additional charge of USD 100, with a maximum of 2 pets per room. Service animals exempt

Pots, pans and plates are available for an additional charge as follows:

On-site parking is available for USD 25 per night.

Parking for large vehicles is subject to availability at the hotel. An additional charge of USD 25 per night may apply, payable directly at the property.

For stays of fewer than 7 days, a one‑time housekeeping fee of USD 10 may apply and is payable at the property.

A refundable security deposit is required at the time of check-in. For stays of up to 7 days, a deposit of USD 50 will be collected, while stays exceeding 7 days will require a deposit of USD 100. The full deposit amount will be refunded upon checkout. Payment is by credit card only; cash is not accepted.

Utility Fee - A utility fee of USD 2 per room, per day is applicable and will be charged during the stay.

Front desk hours are 09:00 to 22:00, Monday to Friday and 10:00 to 22:00 on Saturday and Sunday; this property does not operate a 24‑hour front desk.

Guests arriving at the property for check-in outside front desk assistance hours are required to call the phone number displayed at the front desk for check-in support.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Worst hotel I’ve been to so far. Not hot water and they don’t tell you until 2 hours before.

Worst place ever! No hot water and bugs everywhere

Nothing!!!

Cons:

Not clean! No hot water! Bugs and flies everywhere!!!! Terrrrrrrrrrible experience!!!!! I just booked it because it had a kitchen and needed to do some fixes at my house. Otherwise I wouldn’t have booked this bad one! Never experienced this in my life!

Terrible won’t be back
Pros:

Cons:

No hot water, no offer for a discount or even a notice that there wasn’t hot water. $300 for 2 nights and I couldn’t even shower except for the morning of my checkout. Lucky I don’t dispute it with my bank

My stay was a disaster!

I didn't like anything about it.

Cons:

The place was run down, dirty, with noisy A/Cs and constantly running toilets. Towels were threadbare and the common areas were used for folding the laundry.
