I asked for a refund … the desk clerk could not do that until the next morning . So I have no idea if I was actually cha

The wheelchair entrance is around at the back of the building . I called the hotel directly to make sure they had first floor rooms… I use a wheelchair . No 1st floor rooms available when I got there.

Cons:

It is clearly not a place for someone with special needs. I was told that they didn’t hold my room for the date I needed and there was nothing to do about it.

It’s a room but that’s it. Can’t leave pictures because they won’t allow it at the hotel.

It was ok. I would stay there again.
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable. The room was spacious.

Cons:

The staff that checked me in was talking on a personal phone call the entire time I was there checking in.

This is not a place I would book again.
Pros:

The hotel room was very clean and the staff person at check-in was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

They had a water heater problem they said was fixed but I did not have hot water to take a shower in the morning. No ice machine. No complimentary coffee in the morning.
