I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude for the truly exceptional hospitality I experienced during my one-year stay at Sheraton Riyadh Hotel & Towers.
From day one, the entire team made me feel at home—not just through high-quality service, but through genuine warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail that transformed my long stay into a truly memorable experience.
What stood out most was the consistency. For the entire year, the level of service remained exceptional. I never experienced a single issue—not once—and that in itself speaks volumes about the dedication, discipline, and teamwork of everyone involved.
I would like to begin by recognizing the exceptional reception team—Khalid Al-Shahri, Hamed, Dania, Yahya, Nawaf, and Idris—whose kindness, helpfulness, and welcoming spirit made every day easier and more enjoyable. They always went the extra mile, and I’m especially grateful for how they consistently upgraded me to a special room that felt like it was prepared just for me. That thoughtful gesture made all the difference and showed how much they truly cared.
I would also like to extend sincere thanks to the incredible bellmen and baggage team—Yassin, Arif, Jonathan, Hilal, Rusal Ahmed, Fayas, and Al Amin—for their consistent support, warm greetings, and tireless assistance with luggage and daily needs. Their politeness, efficiency, and positivity added a wonderful energy to my daily comings and goings.
A very special thank you to the lounge team—Kalim, Mazhar, and Joyel—who went above and beyond, especially when it came to meals. Whenever I wasn’t satisfied with the food, they kindly helped find an alternative, often remembering exactly what I liked. Their care and attentiveness made me feel truly looked after.
To the amazing Bustan Restaurant team—Naveed, Aminul, Zahid, Sohel, Mukhtar, Haleem, and Razaul—thank you for your warm service, kindness, and commitment to making every meal enjoyable. You were always attentive, professional, and genuinely caring. Your efforts made a difference every single day, and I deeply appreciate it.
The room service and housekeeping teams also deserve heartfelt appreciation for maintaining such a clean, peaceful, and comfortable environment throughout my stay.
And of course, none of this would be possible without the dedicated management team working behind the scenes—your leadership and commitment to excellence were clearly reflected in every interaction I had. Your efforts have created a culture of genuine care, and it truly shows.
Every single person I interacted with reflected the values of the Marriott brand: excellence, hospitality, and genuine care. This team didn’t just meet expectations—they created a sense of belonging, and for that, I will always be grateful.
As I prepare to leave, I want to express just how hard it is to say goodbye. I genuinely don’t want to go back—because this hotel has become more than just a place to stay; it has become my second home. The comfort, kindness, and familiarity I felt here will stay with me always.
In fact, I have never experienced this kind of atmosphere and service at any other hotel—not even within the same brand. The vibe and spirit at Sheraton Riyadh are truly unique, and I sincerely hope this culture of genuine care, hospitality, and professionalism can be reflected in all Marriott hotels around the world.
I hope this message serves as a small contribution to the recognition they truly deserve and supports them in their continued growth and success within the Marriott family.
Property conditions wasn’t that good
Renovations are required hotel room condition is poor ,, however, the hotel reception staff are friendly and cooperative
By the time I had driven down (and survived) from Buraydah, I just wanted to get checked in and get to my room. Check-in was smooth and I was very pleased with my room. It was well appointed and spacious with a comfortable bed. The team at breakfast made me a great infusion to fight off my developing cold, for which I was most grateful. All in all, a restful weekend stay, thank you.
Very friendly and very calm and clean as always
Althıugh I have mistakenly selected smoking room, I asked for a non-smoking room while at the reception check-in. The gentleman said ok and told me that he have changed my room to a non-smoking room. However when I entered my room I realized it was a smoking room. My stay and sleep was awful and I asked for a refund during the check-out. However the reception could not manage this request. Also, cold water was not working and both sides of shower water was hot. I also informed the hotel about this and asked for a discount and refund.
Insgesamt gut bis sehr gut.
Location not good
Rooms are decent size but the hotel seems dated and in need of a makeover. Rooms are decent size, well appointed but noise can be heard from the street. Lots of security so you feel safe. The gym for men has all the usual equipment. Breakfast has a lot of choices from Arab to Western. The only restaurant open for dinner during my stay was the Italian one. Food quality is inconsistent - the lamb chops were awesome but the risotto was not. The staff were helpful and friendly. Wifi reception is spotty at times. There are some Lebanese, Iranian and Indian restaurants within 15-20 minutes walk from the hotel along King Abdullah Branch road. Outside of that there really isnt much around the hotel within reasonable walk.
Tired hotel that requires a revamp. Rooms were on the dark side, could have more lighting. Good breakfast, good wifi, aircon wasnt the best. Rooms are of an average size, the shower is located in the bath unfortunately. Reception is understaffed.
I arrived to find a slice of cheesecake in my room, was very stale, sadly. Had club lounge access, no snacks except for a tray of muffins
Overall was good, the Italian restaurant a little be expensive and not many options. Breakfast was ok
The staff were very nice, we enjoyed our time there
Central location, rooms are functional for business visits although abit outdated. I found the bed comfortable which is on the softer side. Not for those that need a firm mattress. Shower in bathtub in all rooms. Breakfast quality is poor. Many newer hotels in Riyadh which offer greater comfort. The business lounge on the 6th floor is a few sofas outside the lifts with corridors leading to rooms. Can’t really call it a lounge. Courtyard is a better option if you want to collect bonvoy points and stay central. Not the worst ever but not the best for a five star hotel.
The hotel is located at the junction of two important highways in the city making it a great place to stay for a business trip.
Although the exterior of the hotel is a bit dated, the rooms, lobby and restaurants are modern.
Executive floor provides snacks and refreshments in the lounge which is great for quick bites.
The hotel restaurants are good dining option and serve good breakfast. Staff is friendly and service is good.
Overall a great location for a business trip.
Excellent service and great staff.
The hotel is a bit dated . Rooms are good with small windows and functional bathroom . Shower/Tub combo .
Breakfast is fine , nothing special. The Gym is average . On the small side with some old equipment and some new .
The executive lounge is very poor and it looked like very few people bother using it .
Good location in Riyadh but not sure I would stay again.
Could of been better
Overall good, but breakfast quality could be better. Rooms are renovated - that was nice. The food quality via room service could be higher, but overall it was alright and orders were delivered pretty fast. Staff is polite and accommodating. Definitely not the fault of the hotel - but the traffic in that area was terrible in the evenings. If next time I choose another hotel, that would be just because of the traffic situation. Sheraton was great!
I stayed in the hotel for over 30days during the last year and I must say, it’s the best price performance you can get in Riyadh.
Rooms are spacious, service is excellent and food is very good.
For the rate the hotel charges and the service they deliver, I think it’s the best one can get in Riyadh. No wonder it’s always fully booked.
I highly recommend the hotel while in Riyadh for business
