Pros:

The location, the Building is cool, the suites are large and the views. LA prime.

Cons:

Service was non existent at times. No one answered the phones, services took hours to get done, valet broke my door handle and didnt say anything until I said so. The toilet cover was off the toilet when we checked in. The room is a bit outdated with stained carpets, scuffed up furniture and leaking showers. Overall the quality of the hotel is decaying rapidly.
