Exceeded my expectations from check in to check out! Truly a world class hotel!
Pros:

The service levels were outstanding and this is apparent when you check in, even all the way to check out and arranging airport transfer, everything was done so seamlessly and seems so perfect. I doubt you will get this experience in another 5 star hotel in Korea or anywhere in the world. Kudos to the management for having such well trained staff and attention to details. For example, at the reception, they even have a small table next to reception for you to put your bag to retrieve the passport and wallet...well done and very happy stay and definitely will be back again!

Cons:

Breakfast could be better but overall was worthy of a 5 star hotel.
