Excellent hotel stay here. The room was large, bed comfortable, bathroom well equipped. The hotel was clean and very pleasant. Breakfast good with nice choices. I would stay here again.

We had a wonderful family vacation here, and I can honestly say this was one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had.

Immediately before staying here, we had stayed at the Four Seasons in Honolulu, Hawaii. Even compared with the Four Seasons, we received a significantly higher level of service at this hotel. Every staff member was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making our stay special.

What impressed us most was that the hotel seemed to care more about its guests’ time, experience, and memories than simply about money. That sincere sense of hospitality made our family trip truly unforgettable.

Everything was outstanding. The only minor drawbacks were that the room felt slightly dated and the air conditioning was not quite cool enough by American standards. Aside from those small issues, the service and overall experience were absolutely exceptional.

Thank you for making our family vacation so memorable. We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for truly outstanding hospitality.

I stayed at The Westin Josun Seoul for 4 nights with my elderly parents (in March of this year - my apologies for the slow review!), who were visiting Seoul for the first time. We had the privilege of staying on the club floor, and the experience was nothing short of unforgettable.

The hotel is a grand Seoul landmark in an excellent location, just a few minutes’ walk from the Myeongdong shopping streets, major malls, restaurants and shops. While a few aspects of the hotel show their age, it has been well renovated and exceptionally well maintained. Our rooms were spacious, comfortable and very clean. The extensive gym and facilities were astounding.

What truly set the hotel apart was the warmth, welcome and genuine kindness shown by every member of staff. They looked after my parents in a way that went far beyond what one would normally expect, even from a five-star luxury hotel.

Max, with his adorably cheerful demeanour, greeted us every day and was always on hand to look after us in every way. He made us feel genuinely welcome, and his entire team in the lobby was simply fantastic.

Breakfast was quite possibly one of the best I have experienced in more than 30 years of travelling and staying in luxury hotels. That is no small feat, and much of it came down to the exceptional service. Yujeong and Jay were amazing. Yujeong’s ability to remember every guest’s name and preferences in such a busy restaurant was nothing short of unbelievable. She handled the crowds with calm, warmth and grace, while Jay was such a pleasure to see every morning. Thank you for making every morning such a happy start to the day. Thank you also to Ahra and Bolting.

The ladies and gentlemen at the Executive Lounge were among the most professional hotel teams I have ever encountered. They were poised, smart, friendly and efficient, while still being wonderfully warm and personable. David, Aileen, Ella and everyone else made every visit to the lounge a pleasure.

A final and very special mention must go to Jinny at the Executive Club, who made sure my parents had the most comfortable and thoughtfully considered stay possible. Despite the hotel being full, she made every effort to offer them different room options while carefully considering their particular needs. She followed up throughout our stay with a level of care and kindness that one rarely encounters. Her compassion, warmth, sincerity and graceful manner were simply extraordinary.

The staff’s pride in being part of such a fine hotel was clear and apparent. This is a feat not easily achieved in the world of hospitality/service.

This trip had been a little difficult to organise because of my parents’ age and their particular needs. Without even knowing how much thought had gone into it, the team at The Westin Josun made everything so much easier for us. I genuinely do not believe this holiday would have been as comfortable or as happy had we chosen another hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at The Westin Josun Seoul and would happily stay here again on my next visit to Seoul.

By complete coincidence, I checked in on the same day as the BTS reunion concert, which was taking place not too far from the hotel. I had no idea when I booked, so the area was absolutely packed with people and the hotel lobby was understandably busy. Despite all of the excitement, check-in was smooth, quick, and well organized.

The customer service was exceptional throughout my stay. An attendant escorted me to my room with my luggage and took the time to explain the room's amenities before leaving me to settle in. That personal touch was greatly appreciated after a long day of travel.

Since the streets outside were so crowded that first evening, I decided to order room service instead of venturing back out. I ordered the fried chicken, and it arrived surprisingly quickly despite how busy the hotel was. From my room I could faintly hear the excitement of the concert outside, and since Netflix was livestreaming it, I ended up watching from my room. It turned out to be a fun first night in Seoul without ever leaving the hotel.

The rest of my stay was just as enjoyable. The hotel is in a fantastic location, only about a five-minute walk from the subway, making it easy to explore Seoul. There are also plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance.

Every staff member I encountered, from housekeeping to the front desk and concierge, was consistently warm, professional, and welcoming.

Whenever I travel internationally, I often choose Westin hotels because I know I can count on comfortable rooms and excellent service. This one, in particular, I feel is the best. The bed was comfortable, and I loved the pillows so much that I actually ordered a set for my home after returning from Seoul.

Another unexpected bonus was the Ninth Gate area next to the hotel. Its peaceful courtyard so sightseeing began the moment I stepped outside.

If I am fortunate enough to return to Seoul one day, I won't hesitate to book The Westin Josun Seoul again. It provided exactly the kind of comfortable, welcoming experience I hope for when traveling abroad.

Wood was the most accommodating person! He made our entire stay easy and comfortable. Service of the entire hotel was also topnotch! Will definitely come back!
