Welcoming, Spectacular, wow
Pros:

I was checking late at night, and there are barely any people around to ask where the reception is located, so I have to figure it out myself. That’s the only problem I had. Overall, I had a great check-in with Woody, he’s great and caring!!! I feel welcomed

Cosy room for short stay
Pros:

Walking distance to myeongdong and nearby subway. The gym room is superb. Staffs are all very polite, friendly and helpful.

Pros:

とても上品で、居心地がとても良かったところです。ラウンジもとても気持ちよく、提供される料理や飲み物も、とても品の良いものばかりでした。しかも美味しかった。マフィンとワッフルが極上でした。部屋はとても広くて清潔でした。清掃が日に2回くらい入ってくれているようで、常に綺麗な状態を保たれていました。
スタッフのホスピタリティも、とても優れていると感じました。総じて、滞在はとても気持ちよかったです。また来たいと思っています。

Cons:

地下鉄で来ると、どこの駅から降りたらいいか、迷います。「市庁」駅から降りると、ホテルまでの直線距離は近いのですが、道路の横断ができないため、結局また階段を上り下りしないといけなくなります。「乙支路1街」駅で降りて歩く方が、大きい荷物がある時は楽だと思います。
ラウンジの食事は上品なんですが、アリアで食べてみたかったですね。部屋がいいところでしたが、選べればより良かったです。

Airport Shuttle bus drop off is right at the hotel.

Fabulous spacious stay in Myeongdong, Seoul
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, close to a major department store, other amenities and some landmarks. The room and bathroom were spacious and the bed very comfortable. The staff were lovely and helpful. The breakfast buffet was amazing - so many different cuisines and options.

Cons:

Only one tiny complaint - didn't love the coffee at the Josun Deli. Tried both the flat white and latte (which cost about AUD$7 each time) and both were very bitter and not creamy/milky.

Cons:

The shower over the tub, it is an outdated style and i couldn’t get the water temperature quite right. The controller for the shower head only adjusted the water pressure. The water was warm enough

Pros:

The service at the hotel was outstanding, from every member of staff, from the moment I stepped out of the taxi in front of the hotel. It was efficient, polite, kind and welcoming. The location is ideal, in the Jung-gu district close to historical locations but also right next to Myeongdong, the department stores and the (good) chaos of that area but without the noise. If I visit Seoul again, I will definitely be delighted to stay here again.
