Luggage storage service is available at our hotel service counter located at JR Maihama station; between 8:00 and 15:00, we can store your luggage at the station service counter and deliver it to the hotel.

Unfortunately we had people above us very noisey. It was also a shame you had to pay for the outdoor pool.

Dålig städning. Fläckar på täcket som vi fick be om att få bytt. Icke rökar rum som luktade starkt av rök men fick iaf byta rum.

Location, easy access to TDL and TDS. Buffet breakfast was incredible, our 3 young kids enjoyed this and still talk about it today!

Disappointing and not worth the money.
Pros:

The breakfast buffet was lovely but overpriced. The only truly functional and nice team were the bell desk, who were fantastic at their jobs.

Cons:

In three weeks in Japan, this was the only place we stayed that we were disappointed in and was by far at least enjoyable stay of our trip. We had countless issues with this booking, including being directed by the guest services phone to the website every single time we had a simple question, the QR codes they told us to use not having the information or having incorrect information, being charged a third more for room service than the menu suggested and the room service taking twice as long to arrive as they told us it would, which meant that we then had to wait for a manager to come up to sort it and thus wait even longer to eat. The stay was as impersonal and unprofessional as a hotel stay could be, and as we had booked it as a treat for our last night before we flew out, it was extremely disappointing to end what was on otherwise lovely trip in Japan with this place. The final insult was about an hour after we checked out receiving an email from the Sheraton confirming the cancellation of our stay after we had already stayed with them and paid!

Comfortable and right outside Disneyland.
Pros:

Rooms were clean and comfortable. View was excellent and it was convenient to Disneyland! Would stay there again! It was the largest room we had in Japan. We had our luggage delivered to the hotel and it was waiting for us in the room.

Cons:

I was unaware you had to pay for the pool and it was only for a couple of hours.

清潔感とスタッフの対応が良かった。

Cons:

部屋のハンドソープが固形はあり得ない。どんなに品質が良くても感染対策上、良くない。ディズニーリゾートまでのシャトルバスが無いのも残念。
