Luggage storage service is available at our hotel service counter located at JR Maihama station; between 8:00 and 15:00, we can store your luggage at the station service counter and deliver it to the hotel.
Children under 6 years of age may use existing beds free of charge when staying with an adult. Only one adult is allowed per bed. Breakfast for children 4 years and older is not included in the rate. Children 4 years and older are not included in the rate and will be charged separately.
The hotel's seasonal outdoor pool, public baths, and sauna facilities are available for a fee. The indoor pool and fitness room are free of charge.
Access to the outdoor pool is by reservation only and is subject to availability.
The outdoor pool is open from 1 June 2025 to 30 june 2025 and 16 September 2025 to 30 September 2025 daily from 9:00 to 18:00, and from 1 July 2025 to 15 September 2025 daily from 9:00 to 21:00.
The indoor pool will be closed from Tuesday, September 16, 2025, to Tuesday, September 23, 2025, due to ceiling repair work.
On-site parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to availability.

The location is very near Disneyland and Disneysea. All of their staff at reception, dining, room services, bell services were all friendly, helpful and polite. The bellman who is a countryman and the doormen at the time we were about to leave the hotel went the extra mile to help us out get special vans for my family of 8. I really appreciated it. The buffet at the Grand Cafe was excellent and all food were delicious.

Fantastic location for access to Disney resorts. The Sheraton Lounge was fantastic and I would highly recommend to book a room that offers access to it. The hotel had everything we needed for a family of five's 3 night stay.
