Important information:

Luggage storage service is available at our hotel service counter located at JR Maihama station; between 8:00 and 15:00, we can store your luggage at the station service counter and deliver it to the hotel.

Children under 6 years of age may use existing beds free of charge when staying with an adult. Only one adult is allowed per bed. Breakfast for children 4 years and older is not included in the rate. Children 4 years and older are not included in the rate and will be charged separately.

The hotel's seasonal outdoor pool, public baths, and sauna facilities are available for a fee. The indoor pool and fitness room are free of charge.

Access to the outdoor pool is by reservation only and is subject to availability.

The outdoor pool is open from 1 June 2025 to 30 june 2025 and 16 September 2025 to 30 September 2025 daily from 9:00 to 18:00, and from 1 July 2025 to 15 September 2025 daily from 9:00 to 21:00.



The indoor pool will be closed from Tuesday, September 16, 2025, to Tuesday, September 23, 2025, due to ceiling repair work.

On-site parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to availability.

The hotel does not guarantee admission to Disney parks.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Great location, food options are terrible.
Pros:

Location to Disney parks was excellent. Super easy . We had a free bus shuttle from the Sheraton to the Maihama station and back (where there is food courts etc) and there is a Disney minor Ian station across the road from the Sheraton.

Cons:

Breakfast buffet is $40 per adult and no other options for food.

Affordable 5 star experience with convenient Disney access
Pros:

Great location for disney parks, clean affordable and convenient, literally walked out the front and the monorail station terminal is there.
