Claims it’s a 5star hotel but felt like a 3 star
Pros:

Convenient location, if going to Disney sea you can exit the park via fantasy spring exit and be across the road from the hotel.

Cons:

Marked up prices for food, no great dining options that are more casual on the go. The hotel bus service going to the airport was awful. I accidentally booked the wrong bus to Haneda airport and wanted to purchase tickets for the narita airport, basically the bus driver left as we were buying tickets tho he was fully aware that we wanted to ride that bus, had to pay 29,000 yen trip to the airport via taxi because the next airport shuttle was 1.5 hours later. Incredibly un-empathetic staff. Plus didn’t provide refund for the mistakenly purchased ticket. Rooms were outdated and our room smelt like smoke.

-海濱站出站走路一分鐘，有行李的話建議還是搭接駁車
-有提供到舞濱跟海濱站的接駁車
-房間是兩張大雙人床，睡得很舒適
-窗外可以看海
-2樓大廳有電動可以玩
-房間蠻大的，下次還會考慮入住

Cons:

-很可惜沒有到迪士尼的接駁車，但離環狀線很近
-一進房間有股霉味，空調
開了會好很多

Great stay - so good to have a rest in the middle of the day & return to Disneyland & Disneysea
Pros:

もっと泊まりたかったなぁ
Pros:

家族3人での宿泊でしたが、部屋も広めてベットも寝心地最高でした。
ディズニーシー遊んでお土産もたくさん買ってきたのですが、当ホテルでも品揃えだった為、ゆっくり見ることができました。
また、機会があったら利用します

Cons:

朝食込みだったのですが、人数制限があったりして好みの場所を選べなかったのが残念でした。

Fantastic Disney experience! Thankyou!
Pros:

We loved how close it was it was to bayside station to get to Disneyland and Disney sea and how lovely the staff and how spacious the rooms were.

Cons:

When we ordered room service the lady said we couldn’t pay using our Mastercards and offered no further help other than paying cash, lucky we had! No other food stores around other than Lawson in Hilton hotel (and obviously other than in the hotel itself) Other than that a fantastic experience!

Amazing family stay, perfect for Disneyland!
Pros:

Fantastic location, ideal for visiting Tokyo Disneyland! The room was spacious and extremely comfortable, with excellent mattresses, a beautiful bathroom and bunk beds that the kids absolutely loved. The staff were wonderful, and the breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options. Even our free Marriott Bonvoy membership gave us a significant discount, which was a lovely bonus. Everything about our stay was excellent, and we would happily return!

Nothing to complain about. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
