The location
Overall experience with the property itself was horrible. Building smelled of smoke and mildew. Room did not look as if anyone took time to polish or dust. The bedding I’m not sure was dirty or just stained sheets because when I asked for new bedding those to were dirty/stained. Breakfast options not subpar.
It was clean and we had a small kitchen.
Our room was so hot we had to open a window when it was snowing in order to cool it down and try to sleep. We also heard the people in the room above us having some “fun”. It also smelled like different types of food.
Convenient location.
Was supposed to be a 2 bed queen suite, but it was a very small room regular room and they were full sized beds with a kitchen. Needs updating. And description needs to be corrected.
Our room had a very strong cigarette smoke smell. It was not at all enjoyable.
The smell of the room was bad, as was the entry in to the building.
Found a THC vape under the bed and a pair of figured out clippers under the other bed. At least six bars of use soap on the top of the shower. The children’s feet were black from walking on the carpet in their bedroom. Had to ask front desk for pots and pans, but they were sold out.
Check in staff was nice.
Check out staff was a little rude. Phone in room did not work but wanted to charge me for the phone. Was refunded tho. Air conditioner was broken. Smelled like rubber & asphalt burning when you turn the air conditioner on. I booked and paid for an entire studio but only got a standard room.
close to what i needed
The bad thing is theres no elevator so if you cant climb stairs or handicap better make sure you get a room on the first floor.Getting to the lobby to check in you have to walk up a flight of stairs. To get in the first floor you have to walk around the side of the building. Its a very strange confusing layout of the building. Not for handicap people. No ice machine.Theres no hotel sign by the main road you can easy drive past the hotel. The only sign you see is the apartment complex next door
The beds were clean and comfortable. That’s about it on the positive. Coming in to see my daughter during a football game weekend, there were no hotels closer to campus with vacant rooms and the ones that were, were $500 plus a night. I slept soundly on a clean comfortable bed. That’s was most important. But as always, you get what you pay for
Cleanliness of hotel in general and the rooms
The smell in hallways was no good either
Staff was good
The toilet seat was broken in half on one side so it pinched you every time you used it. Hard to get to using GPS.
It was comfortable and ok .
The price was high
