A great place to stay in Singapore
Pros:

Everything, location staff everything was great . I specially liked their Club Lounge. The view was mind blowing. The staff especially Evan , James and Jess were exceptional.

HI WHEN I ARRIVED AT CHECK IN THEY DID NOT HAVE THE UPGRADED ROOM THAT WAS COMFIRM BOOKING NUMBER:6452047794 THEY THEN CONTACTED BOOKINGS.COM THEY SAID THEY UPGRADE WAS CANCELLED 10 DAYS BEFORE CHECK IN NO ONE CONTACTED ME TO LET ME KNOW OF THIS CANCELLELATION . ALSO THE MAIN SWIMMING POOL WAS CLOSED BECAUSE THEY WERE BUILDING A NEW POOL THE ONLY POOL THAT WAS AVAILABLE WAS A BABIES POOL WHICH ONLY ANKLE DEEP AS THIS IS HOT SINGAPORE THIS WAS DEVISTATING TO ME AS THIS POOL REPLACEMENT WOULD OF BEEN PLANNED MONTHS BEFORE OUR BOOKING NO ONE CONTACTED US STOPING ME TO BOOK ANOTHER RESORT IN SINGAPORE THAT HAD A PROPER SIZE SWIMMING POOL I WOULD LIKE SOME RETRIBUTION FOR NOT ALLOWING ME TO A HAVE A COMFIRM HOILDAY THAT WAS PROMISTED .

Fantastic for a family would stay again
Pros:

The location and view from our balcony was exceptional. The size of the room for a family of 4 was fantastic including the bathroom. Easy access to the MRT, 3X shopping centres. The adult pool was under renovation and the staff were great in providing a car to take us to another local hotel to use their pool. Everything we requested from the staff was handled immediately and to perfection so they truly cannot be faulted for their service. Being provided with an iron and steamer was really handy!

Cons:

The staff were helpful in clearing out the fridge so we had space to store some medication, however, the fridge didn't work well. Only the items on the door seemed to be cold. Also the water tap used for hot and cold water never produced cold water it was only ever warm or hot irrelevant of whether the switch was on or off. There was also no great way to dry clothes such as your swimming costume because there's no fan in the bathroom or even a rack to put on the balcony to dry clothes. Neither of these are major issues and definitely wouldn't stop us from staying here again but just be aware.

Amazing hotel. Great location. Friendly staff.

The shower! Literally the best shower and water pressure I have ever experienced. Amazing after a long haul night flight.

This is really not picking because I loved this property. The main pool
Was having a revamp and out of order. Not a huge deal breaker - the kids pool was fantastic and enough to get us through.
And we didn’t use it but the spa and sauna were split into genders and for only 18 and above. It was disappointing that there wasn’t an option for families. Understand this may be a cultural thing though. And again, this is really not picking.

Would easily be my choice of accommodation again when we return to Singapore.
Pros:

Convenient and very strategically located. The hotel is connected to a shopping center, and a nice one too.

Cons:

Just happens to be the timing of it but the main pool was shut due to works. This is just me being nitpicky but otherwise everything else was great.
