The room was clean,the lady Paulette who checked us in was polite and helpful. She's usually the day personal along with Brenda the acting manager. Meet kay the head house keeper who is nice. I must of ask them plenty of questions and they didn't get upset at all. I don't know all the staff so I can't comment on them. But I assume the other staff maybe nice also. I seen a lot of negative comments on other sites on them but I haven't seen anything that they are talking about. I have no negativity about this Hazelwood welcome suites. Never believe bad reviews check it out for yourself.

Pros:

This hotel is a sh*t show. The staff has you reaching out on their personal phones, they are rude, unfriendly and unhelpful. If you manage to find them, they were probably having a joint on the parking lot, or rolling out of bed to come down to talk to you in the middle of the work day. Don't count on getting checked in. I booked this location for cost on 3 different occasions, never got checked in on any, all on them, and they had the cajones to refuse to respond for my refund. This location is a SCAM at best! Don't waste your time, spend a lil more for something worthwhile or at least will end in a semi-comfortable night's sleep.

I booked a room for a week for one of my workers. When my worker arrived the staff told him that they didn’t have any rooms available. I wrote the staff in multiple occurrences to get my refund processed. Unfortunately they have failed to acknowledge my request. They even sent me an automated message asking about my stay. I have been trying to get ahold of someone since 1/12/25. I am still awaiting my refund.
