Nothing Everything Was Great, The Staff Member that was working on 8/15 Was Alittle Rude, But other Worker Where Great
No breakfast at location. Had to do a $100 deposit after paying hotel- refundable. Check in was at 3 o'clock, no exceptions. Rooms cleaned a little later. All in all a pleasant stay. Wasnt bothered at all.
Cleaning every day if permitted. Breakfast would be nice.
The location was convenient, the room and property were clean and well-maintained, the bed was super comfy, it had all the in-room amenities necessary for an extended stay, and the staff was welcoming. The A/C worked great and the TV was modern and the perfect size. Also, it's a unique-looking, smaller hotel, which provided a "home away from home* feel.
The only thing I didn't like was that it was a short stay and I wish we could've stayed longer.

It was clean and staff were helpful.
Steps were required to get to our room. There is no key drop box for checking out. I searched and searched. Finally found a staff member and they told us to just slip the room key under the office door. The room had an awful smell stuck with my clothing after I left.
We cancelled the prepaid 2 nite stay after looking at the room, the access areas , the staff and the folks loitering around the so called office area. Filth and broken worn out facilities made this an unsafe place for me and my family!.. No person would choose to stay in this dilapidated facility with inept staff. Please return my monies immediately.
The ability for late check in
The room was disgusting. It smelled. They charged a $100 dep and only returned $35 saying the bathroom mat and blanket was stained. No one was available to check out until after 10am. Had to leave key ontop of hand sanitizer dispenser. Anyone could have gone into the room after I left.
How they have the stove and oven
Because they nasty already and try to blame on others
It was a motel full of travelers and homeless people
Unsafe not for families
Not a lot of anything.
Where should I start… Well I’m not sure what was more concerning the drug dealer in the parking lot or the lot lizard. So when I stripped my car because I was skeptical of if it would be there in the AM. I made way into the office and was assigned a room. Upon making my way to my room the public areas of the facility was NASTY… Then I entered my room and it reeked of the smell of Fried Fish and gym socks. The room was actually very clean but the fixtures were pretty dated. The bed was adequate and there were no stains on the linens. I used an entire can of Lysol Air Sanitizer. Stay over night was rather unpleasant . Noise from the people above me was pretty loud until around 0145. Then I got up and took a shower and departed the room. I walked up to the office to find it closed with a metal roll down door over the desk. I slid the keys under the door . Away I went. Then I realized that I had forgot to get my pillow so I contacted the facility and advised the staff I had forgot my pillow. I went back to the hotel to retrieve my pillow and upon arrival I made contact with a pleasant young man. Told him I was in 217 and had left my pillow I wanted to pick it up. I was informed at this time that I had to pay $5.00 for a wash cloth that was missing. I asked him what he said again as I was informed Utter disbelief that he has said that. I asked him what he was talking about he said that The manager has inspected my Room and there was a washcloth missing and I had to pay for it. I told the young man that I had not stolen any wash cloth that I used 1 and left it over the bar in the Shower and the other was still clean on the sink when I departed. After some back and forth between him and the manager that never showed her face that it was ok and handed me my pillow. I got back into my car and departed this experience. The moral of the story is…. I’m not a thief and don’t appreciate being accused of it..
