Ripped me off

I wasted money , they stole 448 dollars same day payment and took my $100 deposit , for burning incense which i understand the no smoking policy and rules and regulations but you took $250 outta my stay and my deposit I had to pay that same day and figure out another place to stay for a whole week for incense every time I smoked I was on camera outside also wasn’t given deposit because of room, but I have a video before I live of how I cleaned the room and left it exactly how I was given it she can stain stains on sheets should not take my full deposit so it basically robbed and putting in a bad predicament there also, the dryers and washer did not work so I wasted money using their facilities with no confiscation also my towels and washcloths and clothes were stolen from the dryer and they couldn’t do nothing about them

Nothing. I killed several roaches during the stay
Roaches, and super old towels in the bathroom.
They charged me $30 saying that I ruined a towel that was so old you can see through the fibers. The towel had been washed and they only stain on the towel was a good stain. But instead of washing the old ass nasty towel, they charged me $30 which was absolute bullshit

Location, front desk didn't argue when I told her I couldn't stay due to allergies
Had an allergic reaction 5 minutes into the room where I started sneezing, itching and swelling. Bathroom wasn't clean, room smelled. Went to the front desk to let her know and she did at least say she'd cancel my reservation, however there has been no response from them as far as returning my money.
Rundown facilities
They are running a scam stealing deposits and will make charges for no cause
