Pros:

The bed was extremely comfortable. Probably one of the best hotel bed that I have ever slept on while travelling and the location is perfect with a tram directly in front of the hotel, a bank next door and a good shopping centre across the road. The staff at reception were all extremely helpful and friendly. Sufficient coffee and tea and a complimentary bottle of water are in the room on arrival. The air condition can be turned down or completely turned off and one small window can be opened on a slant for fresh air if needed. The lighting in the bathroom is excellent!

Cons:

The noise caused by slamming hotel room doors in the hotel caused by other guests entering and leaving their rooms especially early in morning and very late at night. It was terrible and ruined my sleep.
The rubbish bins in our room were not emptied although the cleaner on duty that particular morning did enter our room while we were out because I asked him outside for an extra towel for my hair which I wanted to wash that evening. The fresh towels were in the room when we returned however, the room had not been cleaned/tidied on that day by him. The dirty hand towels I placed on the side to be collected were still there and the 2 full rubbish bins had also not been emptied. There is a huge stain on the seat of the chair at the desk.

Die Lage war zentral und daher gut.
An der Reception wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist extrem in die Jahre gekommen. Im Gang und im Zimmer riecht es muffig. Die Möbel gefühlt aus dem letzten Jahrhundert. Wenn das Hotel betreten wird, hat man nicht das Gefühl, dass noch Gäste ein und aus gehen. Es wirkt wie ausgestorben.
Sauberkeit solala.
Die Strassenbahn hört man extrem gut. Im Zimmer war es sehr warm, keine Klima, schlechte oder gar keine Lüftung. Auch im Badezimmer ist das ein grosses Problem.
Das ging so für eine Nacht aber keine weitere mehr.

удобное место, приветливый персонал, в номере есть кондиционер! хорошая чистая! кровать
доступ в номер по карте.

Cons:

немного слышно коридор и входные двери соседей ( я бы добавил уплотнителей на двери)
хотелось бы чайник в номер и может минихолодильник
в целом вариант для туриста отличный!

allgemeine Freundlichkeit des Personals

Cons:

Leider kann ich das Hotel im Sommer nicht empfehlen. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer hat nicht funktioniert. Dadurch war Schlafen bei den hohen Temperaturen praktisch nicht möglich.

Das Gebäude selbst heizt sich sehr stark auf und speichert die Hitze. Ohne funktionierende Klimaanlage wird es im Zimmer im Hochsommer sehr schnell unerträglich.

Mein Tipp: Kontaktiert das Hotel vor der Buchung unbedingt und fragt nach, ob die Klimaanlage tatsächlich funktioniert.
