War alles in allem in Ordnung.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich.
Auch Sonderwünsche (z.B. Essen trotz ausgegangener Vorräte) wurden gerne bearbeitet.
Frühstück war in Ordnung, vor allem am ersten Tag. Am zweiten waren einige Dinge nicht nachgestellt und am Ausgehen.

Cons:

Die Beleuchtung im Zimmer war sehr schwach. Leider kein zentrales Licht, nur Stehlampen, und diese sehr schwach. Lesen war fast nicht mehr möglich. Außerdem war man ständig von einem Lichtschalter zum nächsten unterwegs.
Es gab keine frei zugänglichen Treppen. Man musste jedes Mal mit dem Aufzug fahren.

Cons:

Es war sehr heiß im Zimmer, Fenster offen in der Nacht unmöglich, da eine Straße mit Bahn und Autos direkt nebenan, für mich extrem schwer zum schlafen gewesen

Ein prima Hotel um ein paar Nächte in Karlsruhe zu verbringen. Ich komme immer wieder gerne!
Pros:

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt wieder sehr angenehm. Für mich war es eine super läge. das Zimmer war sehr ruhig. Alles total sauber und gepflegt. Das Hotel ist nicht die neueste Ausgabe, aber es ist gepflegt, sehr sauber, gemütlich und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles prima! Komme sehr gerne wieder.
