Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter sind immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die letzten beiden Besuche waren hervorragend. Dieser eine war allerdings durchwachsen.

Cons:

Im Zimmer war es sehr warm, und die Klimaanlage war in eintermodus. leider lag das Zimmer an der Straße, und die Straßenbahn Haltestelle direkt unter dem Fenster, so das ich Fenster aufgrund des Lärms nicht geöffnet lassen konnte. Zudem war für mich die Matratze zu weich, aber das ist ja für jeden anders. Leider war es mir in den 3 Nächten aufgrund dieser ungünstigen Konstellation kaum möglich Schlaf zu finden.

Wenn man nicht Wert aufs Frühstück legt so wie ich ist das Hotel gut gelegen und in Ordnung
Pros:

Bedienung sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das Frühstück hat gegenüber den Vorjahren extrem nachgelassen. So gab es z.B kein Bacon! D.h. Geschäftsleitung will sparen am falschen Ende.
Es ist für das Angebot zu teuer!!!
Auch die Parkmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage ist extrem zu teuer.

At its current state I don't think I would return unless something drastic changes.
Pros:

The breakfast was adequate for the price of the rooms.

Cons:

The room was outdated, with stains on the floor and wall and very very dusty. For the price asked the room was actually very below expectations.

Also the breakfast on one of the two days was actually cold and understaffed.

Das Tophotel im Herzen von Karlsruhe
Pros:

Ich war zum ersten Mal hier im Hotel und bin zu 100% begeistert: mein Zimmerwunsch war möglich, 15.00 Uhr online Check In und Check out auch online möglich, Kühlschrank war vorhanden und funktionierte, Fenster ließ sich öffnen und sowohl ARD als ZDF war empfangbar. Der herzliche Empfang war Grund genug das Hotel wieder zu buchen für April.

eigentlich dieses Mal gar nicht

Cons:

zu laut, weil's direkt am Bahnhof ist. Handtücher wurden nicht getauscht. Die Reinigung kam überhaupt nicht und Übernachtung Gebühr Parkgebühren. Beides zusammen war dieses Hotel teuer
